It is hard for me to understand electronics but this was easy to set-up and use. I'm glad I purchased it. I've used it for Netflix so far but eager to try more.

I'm very happy with the quality of the product and how easy it was to setup. I'm able to easily broadcast anything in a browser to my tv utilizing a button.

I bought this when we cut cable cords... I use roku on another TV and seem to like it better because of remote but This product does what it is supposed to do.

I wondered for a while if this product was any good or it wouldn't work on my TV. Well it does work and so very easy to set up, Everybody should have one!

i could only watch part of a movie before it started pausing. Works ok for short utube videos, but not for movies.

Cant beat the price, just wish they had more apps to go with it. I have two Casts.

I purchased this as a way to stream WatchEspn/ESPN3 and other 3rd party sports streams to my television. There was a lot of buffering, and the experience was not enjoyable. May be because of a poor WiFi connection in my home. On the other hand, YouTube and other apps, on both my phone and computer, worked very well.

The setup was super easy and the price was even better. In less than 30 minutes I was able to not only install the device on the television, but get it talking to my laptop and my iPad. The only drawback at this point is the limited number of streaming services the device supports. At the time of this review the Chromecast supports three of the major services though (Netflix, Youtube, and Hulu Plus). As Google rolls out compatibility with more services the device will only get better. Overall a clever little device and a great way to watch videos on lower end HDTV's!

We use these chromecasts with Plex media server in our home. We are able to stream to any chromecast in the house using this method. We have a great wireless router Asus AC68 which allows us to stream HD content to three of these devices at the same time, while also allowing normal internet usage. The only issue we ran into was the HDMI extender or dongle, was causing the wireless network to die. Once I removed the extender, these units are flawless. For the one TV that requires an extender, (because the cast won't fit), we purchased a generic one for like $1.22.

I use my phone for almost everything and this has made things much more convenient than using my xbox or computer. 5 stars all the way!!!

Had a very easy time setting up, no more than 5 minutes. I see a lot of potential using this feature with other apps. Integration into Android someday?

Love this device! I move it from my bedroom to living room. Get Netflix, YouTube and plenty of other cool stuff.

Works great with my ipad. So convenient to stream to the spare TV while the hubby watches football on the main TV. Easy to set up. Easy to use.

Great device for only $35. Everyone should at least try it. I already have an Apple TV but still found some use for this. Makes a great gift also.

Its works great on my TV. I am not using cable so this device is very useful for streaming videos on my HD TV.

you can stream video from your phone or computer...and without connection to your phone and computer...amazing

I love how I can enlarge anything I find on the internet to my TV which is 46 inches. I have another TV that has Netflix already installed, but it takes a long time to search using the remote. The Google chrome is faster and allows me to do more because I can send a movie to the TV for my husband and still continue to work on the computer on a different window.

Its a great product. Nothing more I can complain about. It does what its suppose to do as advertised. =}
