It is easy to install, use the app and make manual adjustments. Not to mention it looks really sleek and futuristic on my wall. We can see the savings also on our monthly bill and we enjoy adjusting the temperatures wherever we are.

This was the only option for a two wire old system with no common wire. It work on all 3 zones in my house perfectly. Set up easy and I love that I can just set it to away when I leave the house, all thermostats will go into eco mode that you set.

I installed myself and you can too. The app guides you through internet connectivity and I even links to alexa so I love talking to it. Responds via phone app immediately and even through some alexa commands (although you have to be specific). Right now ComEd has some great rebates which made this a steal!

I set mine to heat up at 65 and cool at 74 and I’ve noticed a savings already. Better yet, you can set a schedule with an even wider range for times you know you won’t be home for additional savings. It’s intuitively easy to set the ranges through the app, giving you precise control even when you’re away.

WIFI chip went bad in mine in less than 5 months. Their customer service tried to help sending a refurbished faulty display after spending some time in chat trying to debug the issue that I have already tried by myself but they wanted me to do again to process with the replacement. After I got the replacement (faulty refurbished display) because they don't send a new replacement even you buy your new device, I have spent in chat with the customer support more than 2 hours trying to make it work, first with the support agent and later with a senior support agent, so I had to send back the faulty refurbished replacement, I don't want to experience the same again asking for other replacement because they will only send refurbished devices, really a bad experience. Features are awesome when they work, the problem is they are not reliable. Search online for Nest WIFI chip failure. Then make your decision.
