Customer Ratings & Reviews

I admit I bought it because it was cool, The promise of better electric bills due to scheduled use also helped. It has delivered on all of that. What I did not realize is how much we would use the remote control. Both my wife and myself are are never comfortable at just one temp. The Nest is on the far end of the house and it was up and down often. Now we open the app on our smart phone and comfy we are.

I have had a great experience with Nest. Amazing how it works and has saved me some money. Easy to use

Looks nice on the wall. If you want a thermostat that makes you feel special and says hello every time you walk by, this is the one. It like to learn your habits and then tell you how it thinks you should live comfortably. It’s kinda like you’re married to it. You tell it you want 68 then it decides no I want 72. Overall pretty good thermostat if you don’t mind being told what you want.

awesome product very easy to install and very user friendly.

super easy to install and works perfectly, worth every penny

Had a bit of trouble installing. Not quite as simple as the directions would lead one to believe. However, once installed it works wonderfully. Learns quickly.. After only one week it knows my habits. Lowers the temp at bedtime and shuts itself off when I leave the house. On a cold day I can use the app to get the temp up by the time I arrive home and keep track of how much energy is used every day in the app history. Set it and forget it.

Amazing item, loving it. So glad I purchased and would highly recommend any one to have. Looks awesome and so easy to install.

Works great. Very easy to install and the setup is easy as well

Great product. Very user friendly and supports many smart devices and connecting is really simple

Love this product and so much better than my old smart thermostat. It connects to my Wi-Fi without any issues. I say that since I had a Honeywell and it would always disconnect from it. The smaller foot print and rotary setting makes it easier too for the kids to use.

It paid for itself in the first 6 months. Installation was simple and it worked with no issue.

Great thermostat! Looks good on the wall and function is effortless!

This is my second time getting a nest thermostat love the product makes everything easy inconvenient

Easy install when replacing the honeywell that was installed by previous owner. Controls on phone and on thermostat very easy to set up and seems to respond well to any on the fly changes I make. We will see how well the "learning" part of the thermostat works after using it for a while.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Love the fact that you can control the temps with your phone.

I LOVE my Nest Thermostat. It has allowed me to become as lazy as I can possibly be! However, on a serious note, I love it because it really does help you save on your electric bill. It does this by allowing you to turn off and change the temperature set on your thermostat whether you're at home, or away from home at the grocery store, or on the other side of the country. Companion app is updated regularly and works well.

Started using nest few days now. The ability to control from you phone is great to have. The eco friendly mode will save a lot of energy. The efficiency of your HVAC systems improved due to the learning curve the thermostat developed. I am seeing that the machi e is not running all the time. I am waiting for the monthly report to see how the performance is. Overall a great buy.

Love the product. Works great and is easy to self install

Works great. Does what is says it does. Nice to be able to control remotely

Nest thermostat tracks my temperature preferences and schedule then programs itself accordingly. I could check the house temperature and turn on my A/C with a smartphone before I arrive at home on a very hot day. I am planning to try a Nest temperature sensor for one of the rooms on the second floor where the temperature is usually 5 degrees higher than the first floor in summer.
