When I turn on the heat option, it continues to work for cooling. Please fix this as soon as possible, it is uncomfortable, because in the morning and in the evening it is still quite cool in the house. I have two small children.

Literally within DAYS of the 2-year warranty expiring, it completely died. Can't connect to WIFI, doesn't wake up when pushed, etc. Ran through all of the troubleshooting steps with Google, nothing worked. I asked for an exception, but they promptly denied me. This is too expensive of a product to have a 2 year lifespan. It's E waste. Don't buy.

Definitely won’t be getting nest again.

Please be advised that your Nest Learning Thermostat uses power sharing(North America only) to stay powered on. Most systems are able to power share without a problem, but some heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems may react differently to power sharing. Power sharing issues are resolved with the installation of a common ground (C) wire or the Nest Power Connector.
