Very easy to use and install. Very happy with the product overall

This works just like any thermostat plus the ability to change the temp from an app or alexa/google home. I love that I can change the temp using the app or my voice. It stopped working on us, but customer service for Nest was great and sent us out a new one with the return postage paid on the faulty one. We have not had a problem since.

Great product works really well and can Control temp while not in the house

Wiring the device is as easy is going to the Nest website telling it which wires you have in your existing thermostat, it will then show you a diagram of how to connect the new thermostat and stickers you can wrap around your wires in case there are different colours. The only thing the instruction manual did not mention is there is a USB port on the back of the thermostat that you can use to charge a little it before you install it. My thermostat shut down during the installation process because the battery was low. I would recommend charging the device a little using a micro USB cable before installation. This has so far been the easiest thermostat to set up. Connection to the Nest app was easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

We've had the Nest for about a month now. We really like its sleek design and interface. Love being able to control the temperature remotely.

I was skeptical about the smart thermostat s but I am glad I decided to give this one a try. Nice easy interface and I love that it comes on and displays a clock when I walk by. I also linked a secondary sensor that I placed in my bedroom because the hallway gets hotter than our bedroom. Works great!

Having some tech savvy skills, this product was easy to install and use. Going online to change settings is quick. Must have for all new homes.

What a great product super easy to install and works great

I installed 2 Nest thermostats in my home just over a month ago. A customer at the store told me that he saw an immediate impact on his bill. I have noticed about a 20% drop in my electricity due to it limiting the air conditioning. It has not been cold enough to gauge the heat yet but it is doing its job so far and I expect it to payment itself within 6 months. Easy to install.

Easy to install, works great and even better interface for your phone

i feel alot more comfortable having this to monitor my house temperatures when i have a small baby to monitor too. it helps me keep her room at a comfortable temoerature and i can control it from ny phone and on my nest hubs

Love our Nest thermostats! Two in the house and one in another location. It is wonderful to be able to check on, and adjust, the temperature when not at home. They were really easy to install and they work very well.
