Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love my Nest thermostat and have suggested this to many family and friends. Very easy to install following their wizard as well. The integration with the Google Assistant is great for asking Google to turn up or down the temperature if you do not want to use your phone or go over to the thermostat and do it manually.

This thermostat is a great item. It is very easy to use and the app that you download makes it simple to control from your smartphone device. Remember when you purchase this thermostat you must already have low voltage in your home or else you will not be able to install it. Conversion from high to low voltage is very pricey, just a heads up.

While this unit is slightly higher priced than some of the competitors, it does work perfectly and is very easy to install, program and operate. Love the option where it knows when the primary residents leave (Phone needs to be set up) and sets back the thermostat until you return. Scheduling is easy and making adjustments is very user friendly.

Google Nest Learning Thermostat arrived quickly. Box contained all items needed to install, including dual flathead and Phillips head screwdriver. Installation was easy. I was able to take advantage of electric company rebate, which was definitely an advantage. Looking forward to lower electricity bills.

Super easy to install & use. We have saved a lot of money!

Easy to install. Easy to use. Paired very quickly to the app!

So happy with my Nest thermostat. I was torn on which one I should get but never been happier with my choice. There are so many options to make your settings perfect for you and your lifestyle. The app makes it easy to control everything. I love that when I'm not home or going on vacation I can change everything from the app and save money!

Works great and easy to install, looks good on the wall.

Easy to install. It works perfectly in the two spaces I have. You can control it on the device itself or via the app.

Easy install, even for a novice. Incredibly smart and intuitive.

They have an easy install and they look great. The thermostats will automatically adjust to your habits. Most of the time, the play they create works well, sometimes you need to jump onto a computer or mobile device to adjust things. My home has multiple zones, so I didn't need to worry about the competing products that have extra sensors.

love this Thermostat and all nest products!!! so user friendly and great customer service!!! I love that I can control it from my phone!!!m Thanks Best Buy for your customer service as well...

Easy to install, simple to set up. Love that it memorizes how our heat/electric runs and creates a Schedule. I still can’t get it set up with Alexa but it’s ok. When I have my home to away it automatically changes to away from home, and saves more energy which is awesome.

I’ve only had this for maybe 2 weeks so far and I never knew I needed it. It’s so much better than a traditional thermostat and it’s way more eco friendly on the bills. After about a couple months it’ll likely pay for itself. Also it looks great on the wall and setup was fairly easy.

Even though my hubby balked at the idea of buying this thermostat, I bought it when it went on sale. It was the best purchase I ever made. We can control the heat or air anywhere . . . from the comfort of our bed, recliners, or when we're away from the house. It saves me money on electricity and I wouldn't live without it!

Easy to install, works great. Learned my schedule in a couple days.

Second time I’ve bought a nest thermostat. It never disappoints. Super easy to set up and use. Awesome features like it senses when you are not home and sets to eco mode and learns your thermostat settings throughout the day after a couple of weeks. Great buy, well worth it.

It’s worth the money. Works great. Very easy to install.

Awesome thermostat, love that I can control it from anywhere whether I am home or out of the house. It definitely has help save on our bill. Just purchased one for my son who is in a new home. Hope it will help him save money as well.

Excellent thermostat. Simple to install and configure. It has reduced electricity consumption while maintaining comfort in the home.
