Customer Ratings & Reviews

This thermostat is awesome!! I literally set a temp and the thermostat remembers my patterns. This is an awesome buy and you will not be disappointed. I went back and forth over the nest and ecobee. Im very satisfied with the nest. Just buy the nest and you will be satisfied.

Easy to install. Looks amazing. The features available are features you never knew you needed. And it’s just so easy to use! I connected two of them with easy and I love how it displays everything that you need to know on the first screen. No clicking around for what you want to see. Like to setting for both thermostats, if it is on Eco mode, etc. also you can set a timer for the fan!!! That is probably the most basic setting that I love because I don’t want the fan on all night.

steep updrade time will tell under the elements HI TECH FOR AN OLD SCHOOL I LIKE IT and over the phone notification if your not around to answer mind is with google show its whole a lot difference than just a donut speaker. recommend

This was one of the easiest devices I have hooked up and connected to my network. Once you sign into theAPP, it walks you through the exact set up for your HVAC. Pictures and labels help make sure you are installing correctly. 5 stars!!

Game changer and time saver. We are able to control with our smart devices. I love that we can lock the device so that the kids aren't able to mess with the temperature.

I love that I can control my temperature from my phone, or directly on the thermostat. It's "learning" features don't seem to be doing what I want very often, but I expect that to get better over time, or I will override it with custom settings. It looks gorgeous on the wall.

I've had this for about a month now. The features are very modern yet simple to use. Being able to schedule heat for the colder months so far has been great. Using the app to set schedule, see energy usage, and Trac eco times has been great to review.

After repeated request from family, purchased one only for now as I had rebates from utility comp.Waiting to see how much I can save on bills.Product working fine and pleasing design.May buy another one when price is low.

I was so excited about getting the NEST only to find out it wasn’t compatible with my HVAC unit. After hours of trouble shooting and calling a hvac company to check out why I was getting errors, it was determined my unit wasn’t compatible. Check before you purchase if your unit will work with the NEST. Save yourself the headache I had. I have the NEST at my work and love it so I know I would’ve loved it at home.

I bought this product and installed it in my home. Installation was straightforward and took less than a half an hour to install the device. It was easy to program and does what it is supposed to do. The only reason I did not rate this a five star because of the potential security risk that this has.I don't know if it actually has security risks or not, but, that's what I have seen in print. I do have a secure router so I'm hoping that for protects me.

Moved into a new house that didn’t have a nest so we had to go get one. These things spoil you being able adjust the temperature from the phone or other home devices.

Easy setup and troubleshooting function to indicate if the wires are properly in place is very helpful. I got the additional room sensor and it helps to set thermostat based on room. I have other nest products and they all work well together.

I have 5 separate accounts on Nest. Easy to configure and install. The latest generation work with remote temperature sensors.

Well cant say enough I have had one in previouse home and installed one new home Great if you want to not leave air conditioning or heating on while gone and use app to turn on so house is comfortable before coming home saves a lot on your bills

It works, came undamaged, its easy to use, overall good product.

I was Leary about spending $200 on a thermostat, but this device is actually worth it. It learned my family's habits and now I barely have to touch it. I check from work to see what temp it is and it's almost always what I normally set it at. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

Great product would recommend to everyone and way to easy to install your self

Works well, our previous one was water damaged from a leak and this is a replacement. We have two of them for the zones of our office. I really like the app so I can change settings from my phone.

My husband & I sinked it up to our iphones. Now we can control the temp when we are away & it automatically adjusts after it recognizes your routine. You can also manually adjust it to specific days (like weekends when you don't need to have it on energy save mode).

I was nervous about tackling a thermostat replacement, but Nest made it EASY and quick! In under 30 minutes, I had this unit installed, set up and working flawlessly. It’s great to have such control over the system, and the learning features are amazing. Buy one!
