Orders are always received in 3 business days or less. Have had much better experiences with Best Buy online compared to in store at Columbus, Ga.

Worst customer experience ever

Ordered this online. Had to return it as one bulb wouldn’t work with the app for some reason. I do an online return and send it back. A week or so later it shows up back at my door with some notice that it’s the model number I purchased. Turns out they were right but, it’s exactly what they sent me (and looks the exact same as the box in the photos online). I call their customer support line and after over 45 minutes of ridiculousness the bed they can do is tell me to take it to a store and continue the argument there. I’ve spent a lot of money at Best Buy over the years and never encountered this. So, not really a review of the product (though one light didn’t work so, that would be a problem). Definitely a review of the horrible customer service and fact they sent me the wrong thing and used that as an excuse to not take it back.
