Hello ChimiC. We appreciate you taking the time to review this product. This is our most powerful pressure washer and operates similar to a gas unit without the inconvenience of a gas product such as maintenance and gas. Greenworks 3000 Max PSI provides at 1.1 GPM water flow (2.0 GPM flow at 100 PSI). With the option of multiple nozzle tips, this allows for a variety of potential jobs to be completed by one unit. When selecting a nozzle tip for the correct job, please use the nozzle chart for reference (https://youtu.be/OwlDalSKVkY). We hope this helps provide a better user expereince. Ideal Pressure Washer for the Home

The Greenworks 3000 PSI electric pressure washer is the ideal residential pressure washer for me. First off it’s easy to assemble right out of the box and took me about 30 minutes at the most to have everything assembled and ready to go. Inside the box for the Greenworks 3000 electric pressure washer they include a 25 foot kink resistant hose that is steel braided. A pressure washer wand/spray gun with an easy pull trigger. Also included of course are the nozzles. The 5 nozzels that are included are the turbo, soap, 40 degrees, 25 degrees and a 15 degrees as well. All nozzles are connected via quick connection so there is no fumbling when changing nozzels which make it very convenient. I would say I am satisfied with the Greenworks 3000 pressure washer as I used it to clean my back deck and siding to my home without any issue. I would say it’s fairly quiet due to its 14 amp brushless motor which nice. Greenworks states that it also has auto adapting technology to recognize which nozzle it connected to adjust the motors power delivery which is cool as well as a thermal relief valve that is supposed to purge hot water from the pump to cool it. All welcomed features if you ask me. All in all I am satisfied with this product.

Hello ReginaL. The frustration caused by this issue is understood. We would like to offer some suggestion to help with the issue you are experiencing, please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered. (1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. (2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. (3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. (4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If, after attempting the troubleshooting tips and, the problem persists. We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat with an Expert” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent I Monday - Friday: 9:30am – 5pm EST or by calling 1-888-909-6757 between 9AM and 7PM EST, M-F. So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your unit, battery and charger with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided. *Hours are subject to change. Huge Green Works Fan

Like my title states, I am a huge fan of Green Works products. I have several of their battery operated lawn products (mower, string edger, brush cutter, blower) and they have never let me down When my old Green Works pressure washer failed (it fell into the pool), I knew what brand I would be looking for. I did step up to a cart type from a rolling "backpack" and from 2,000 PSI to 3,000 Unboxing was uneventful. The parts were relatively overprotected, but it only took a few minutes to lay them out for assembly The same for assembly. Instructions were included, but really this was intuitive and only too a few minutes with just 2 tools (not supplied) So how does it work? My first project was to spray down some stains on my driveway. Keep in mind that this has a 3,000 PSI output, so choose your tips carefully (you are given plenty to choose from) I pretreated some stains and let them sit for a few hours and when I pressure washed them, they simply disappeared Next up was a section of fence with loose paint. This is when tip selection and distance is very important. The paint chips flew off, and I was very careful not to damage the wood Putting it away is a breeze. The rack on top is marked and holds all of the tips. There is tabs to wind the cord along with the hose. Only take a couple of minutes. The wheels make it super simple to roll back into my garage (or a shed) 1 thing to note and this did not matter to me, is that this model did not have a detergent reservoir. You can attach a detergent bottle, but there is not a container to fill. I also did not see one on the Green Works website. Again, not a big deal since I pretreat and spray

    Green mildew gone with Greenworks

The Greenworks Electric Pressure Washer is an adult talking point. Ironically, the week this arrived to the house I was at work when one of my coworkers mentioned that her social circle will talk about weird random adult subjects/items for example pressure washers... and I quickly chimed up to hype the Greenworks Electric Pressure Washer up. There appear to be 2 main types of Greenworks Electric Pressure Washers, those with the power cord and also the battery powered option. I was weary toward the battery powered option, as you have to have the particular brand/voltage but your use is limited to charge life. This makes the power cord option preferred in my mind and is such a pleasant, easy to use washer. There is no need for gas, which makes me feel more at ease not needing a gas tank sitting around or going to the gas station to fill it just to use a pressure washer. Honestly, in general after this experience I would recommend a Greenworks product as your gateway away from gas around the home tools. With that being said, the pressure washer is simple to get up and running and does its job well. There is some assembly required, as this is well packaged in the box for transit. Using the directions was pretty easy to throw together overall. I mainly wanted this to clean off the mildew on the second floor outdoor balcony, which was a sinch. I've been too lazy to take a bucket and sponge out there and this made the process motivating and easy to complete. The 25' pressure hose along with a 35' power cord allows for being able to reach quite far overall, making a second story project possible without too much headache. Cleaning concrete path off was quick also. There are different nozzle types including 15, 25 and 40 degree angle, turbo and soap tip. There is a spray tip guide in the instructions if you are not familiar with use/surface types for each type. 40 degree is for more delicate jobs, but would still recommend to be careful on soft/delicate surfaces, trying a small area before going at it quickly/often. The 25 took the mildew vinyl scum off well. I have not attempted to use the soap, but the turbo was fun just to shoot the water out with (a child at heart, I know). Just no matter what avoid fingers near an active tip, I've seen a couple slices over the years (my dad being the first as a kid) and although clean an aggressive cut. In summary, this electric power washer by Greenworks has made me a fan of the company. I think a major put off for me is the idea of having to maintain traditional gas products and keep a tank around the home with a little one running about. Greenworks empowers home tasks to the electric side of life and I am impressed with the pressure washer quality and capabilities considering what this product offers. For a home user, let this be your next adult talking point to catch co-workers up from over the weekend events.

Great machine … but 3 lines to coordinate

Purchased a 2nd gen 3000psi washer. I am very impressed with the power the machine provides. Works great for what I need. My only concern is for the electric cord that powers the machine … then the power wash hose… then the water hose… the three lines were a bit frustrating to handle when moving the machine around.. all in all a really good powerful electric power washer!!
