Seat was defective

Reached out to GTplayer customer service directly. However, the were very slow to respond and provide a replacement part. I rached out to Dec for help but it was resolved until multiple follow ups wete made a month later. I strongly recommend to check all the parts before starting assembly.

HAVENT RECEIVED THE CHAIR

I said I would arrive by December 17. It has a tracking number but no updates. It still says the same thing since December 17 package is delayed. It is now December 30 about to be January and still no package unbelievable very upset.
