Broken promises

The upholstery was flat and compressed and by far not as shown in the pictures. The whole chair is very disappointing and doesn't provide the comfort as advertised. I bought it via the Best Buy Marketplace and even though I returned the chair in its original condition, GT-Player did not refund me, despite that I have proof that the item was correctly retuned back to them. Best Buy does not support you in that case, because it was bought via their marketplace, but they take no responsibility for whatever happens if you use this feature! I strongly recommend not to purchase this Gaming Chair!

Piston shot after less than 6 months

I've had plenty of chairs have pistons give out but never after less than 6 months. Can't take a load at all without air going out and it sinks down several inches at a time which is a complete disruption while working and a hassel for someone who is 6'4" it painful constantly readjusting this blasted thing. On a side note the extendable leg rest is a joke.

Seat was defective

Reached out to GTplayer customer service directly. However, the were very slow to respond and provide a replacement part. I rached out to Dec for help but it was resolved until multiple follow ups wete made a month later. I strongly recommend to check all the parts before starting assembly.

HAVENT RECEIVED THE CHAIR

I said I would arrive by December 17. It has a tracking number but no updates. It still says the same thing since December 17 package is delayed. It is now December 30 about to be January and still no package unbelievable very upset.
