Great, efficient and quick, I had another brand before, but this one works the same.

Really nice but not crazy about the spout screen. I prefer open spout pouring. But it really nice compared to cheap knes i’ve gotten. Still way to pricey for plastic water heater.

Volume is ok but it smells of plastic for a long time. It's been almost a month already but smell is still here

Good Kettle, basic operation; it does not allow you to set different temperatures but it does its job.

this hot water kettle is great, heats up within minutes and it also has a screen for hard water sediment...I love it...

Works really well but the lid on mine doesn’t open with the button have to manually open it.

As my wife is a big tea drinker, this hot water pot made the process much faster and easier than the stove burner. She wanted to know why we didn’t think of buying one sooner.

The kettle leaked water onto the base after the very first boil. Rather dangerous since the base is where the electrical connectors are. Maybe I just received a bad one, but I would not try to buy it again.

As expected most of the things. Only thing is power on button not much quality,

No thanks. It was too heavy, bulky and hard to read the water levels. I returned it for another model made out of glass and much lighter.
