Bought this for my mom and I was debating to get this or the professional one and this beats it. no huge differenc between them besides professional one more pricey.

This is an excellent. It heats up pretty fast and cooks well. Basket is big enough to cook nice portions. Designed for ease of cleaning.

My granddaughter talked me into getting this appliance for which I am really happy. The deep fryer was so easy to set up and use and clean up was a snap...and the price was perfect. I really wish I had purchased one sooner. Thanks, Grandma

We have used this several times already without issue. The temp seems to hold/rebound well and it is even fairly simple to clean.

We love the fryer but they forgot to put screws in the heater to hold the two pieces together and my husband thought that was normal. Anyway we had used it quite a few times before I was able to notice it and the box was gone so no taking it back for a new one. I would recommend this but take it out of the box first to make sure it was screwed together.

bought this about 3 months ago and have been using non stop this has make cooking dinner so much faster and tasty! Would buy again!

It fries fast but it's not as large as I thought it was but it definitely does this job. The clean up is not as easy as you think but worth it if you are having folks over.

My old cooker was bigger and had an attached lid. I miss the attached lid u take the lid off this unit and have to set it aside and it leaks oil all over and splatters. Messy and I miss my old one. I wish I would of spent a little more for a nicer one. This unit cooks quick and works well other wise.

I like this product because of its quality, ease of use, and reasonable price. It looks great too. I highly recommend it.

I was recently in the market for a new Fryer and since I've had good luck with other Hamilton Beach products I figured I can't go wrong with this fryer. And I was right. I purchased the 12 cup over the 8 cup so I can fry small amounts or large amounts depending on how many people I am frying for. I like this fryer a lot and I believe you will also like this fryer a lot.

I purchased this deep fryer as a replacement for one of lower capacity. The safety features are excellent as is the capacity. No more need for "double batches" to feed the kids.

This fryer can fry small and large amounts quickly. This is a great bargain for the price.

This thing only cost $50 yet was a value added to our family. The kids loved the food fried to perfection. Even though this item is very well priced it has an excellent thermometer to ensure proper oil temps to fry whatever you choose to drop in.

1st time owning a fryer and it's been a great investment and time saver! No more waiting at the drive through for kids meals - much quicker made with this fryer!

This was just what I needed. Works great for small meals and smaller families. Heat up & cook times are fast.

We got this to replace our dual basket deep fryer that was just too much of a pain to deal with. It works great even a year and a half later.
