Disappointed

As I removed it from the box, pieces of plastic fell to the floor. The base and housing were cracked and broken. I had ordered it online. I returned it to the store for a full refund. That process went smooth,thankfully. I was very disappointed in the quality but extremely pleased in the service and ease of return. I would recommend spending a little more to get a better quality mixer made of die-cast metal.

disappointment in brand

I recently bought this mixer primarily to knead the dough for tortilla. I followed the instructions and put it to work, it got started ok, as I added water to the flour, the dough was forming but it surprised me that the motor is spinning but the knead function ceased and stopped working the first use. It made me reconsider about the brand and look into some other brand. I ended up returning it.
