Can only get 1680x1050 screen resolution with display propeties, 1400x1050 by monior info. Can't find info how to get information on getting 1920x1080 resolution

I have my computer, blu-ray player, & Xbox 360 connected and they all look & function wonderfully. At 25" & 1080p res, you can't go wrong with this monitor. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better monitor with this combination of size, resolution, and price.

My husband got this as a WONDERFUL christmas gift for me. I LOVE IT! my only concern is the kids running by and knocking into the desk with the wobbly stand. Great for the money, now all I need is a new computer that doesn't have VISTA!!!!

Worked flawlessly right out of the box. Can't believe the clarity of the colors and the overall picture quality. Upgraded from a 17" to this 25", and all I can say is "wow". I caught this monitor on sale, wish I had bought this sooner.

overal good monitor... was cheap. the stand is not what it should be... but you can adjust it if yyou put some force into it... it wont break but it will seem like it is gunna. great monitor

Setup was easy backlight bleeds on top and bottom in black background

I've just bougt this monitor due to all the wonderful reviews posted here. Bad decision. I don't know who are these posters. Do NOT buy this monitor. I put it side by side with my Samsung 24", and the Samsung appears bigger. This Hannspree is not a 25" monitor. Yes, the width is one inch longer than the Samsung (21.5 vs. 20.5), but the height is almost an inch shorter than the 24" Samsung (12 vs. 13). The resolution is also very poor comparing to Samsung, not to mention color vibrancy. I'm returning this. Now I'm willing to pay $100 more for another Samsung 24".
