Love this scooter! Holds a good charge for more than advertised and constantly goes 20MPH when setting is on speed. The headlight at night is super bright and I feel comfortable driving around the neighborhood at night.

I drive my hiboy scooter basically m-f 2-4 times a day for about a month or so and I can complain it gets me to work in 15 min or less I don’t use the road a lot I usually ride on the sidewalks because I don’t wanna back up traffic unless there is a bike lane for me but I usually just drive through neighborhoods this is a way better commute to work I don’t have to worry about gas only charge it basically when I get home from work so the battery will last all day until I get home. Usually I am on one battery when I pull up to the house if I leave work on my lunch if I had to complain about one this is the initial setup of the product the video they have on YouTube the guy isn’t really descriptive but I feel like they gave him a time limit on the video outside of that make sure everything is tighten up and enjoy the ride TIP: IF you have a huge speaker you can tie it the basket on the back and have music so you have to have headphones in while you ride I tied mines down with the bungee cord that came with the scooter and I also have a bike lock that I have wrapped around the speaker and basket to keep it from falling out. I just received the U3 scooter and bought it for my son to commute between home and school. The small rear basket is perfect for holding his backpack, and the product even comes with two straps to secure it easily. There are three speed modes, which makes it simple for him to control the top speed safely. It also has a cruise mode, which is better than other scooters we’ve tried — after holding the throttle for a few seconds, you can release it and it keeps going smoothly. Overall, it’s a great scooter for teenagers to ride. Just remember to always wear a helmet!

Been riding this for a couple weeks now, mostly to work and the store. It’s honestly better than I thought for the price. The seat’s comfy, and the basket actually fits a good amount. I can throw in groceries or my backpack no problem. The ride’s smooth on pavement, and the suspension helps when the road isn’t perfect. It goes fast enough for city riding without feeling sketchy. The lights are bright too, which helps when I come home late. Charging is simple, and the battery’s been lasting fine for my usual trips. No weird issues so far. If you just need something easy to hop on and go, this one works great.

I bought this scooter for transportation and to do deliveries on it, thought the 25 miles to the battery life was true however it’s more like 7 miles to the battery. And the instruction booklet for building it is not great. Plus, I couldn’t find a video online!

Got this to make my commute a bit easier, but I ended up liking it way more than I thought I would. The seat makes a huge difference. Standing scooters always made my legs tired, but this feels chill and steady. It rides nicely on sidewalks and bumpy spots and doesn’t feel cheap or shaky. Build quality feels solid. It also folds up easily, so I just keep it in my car during the week. Super convenient. And the lights underneath are honestly pretty cool at night. Makes me feel more noticeable when it’s dark. Overall, it’s made getting around way easier and a lot more enjoyable.

Amazing scoooter Well scooter/bike I should say. Got for my 13 year old neice to get to and from school with and shes 221 pounds. Exactly the weight limit practically and it pulls her no problem. Strong motor and decent battery life/range. Very well built/sturdy.Heavy duty suspension. Nice tires, and brakes work well. Oh yeah and cool bright headlight/tail light. With colorful side lights. Would buy again 100% . In fact I may for myself lol or my fiance. One more thing the seat is huge and comfy! Comes with a big basket. Big bumps feel like clouds on this machine. Also took my son for a ride on the front after christmas and he loved it. (Did plenty of test driving before giving it to my neice on christmas ahah)

My nephews are really enjoying this electric scooter. It is fun, easy to ride, and keeps them active and entertained. The seat adds comfort, and the design feels sturdy and well made. Overall, it has been a great purchase and provides hours of enjoyment.

I bought this scooter to keep up with my kid as she's riding her bike. It is incredibly easy to use, and a great commuter for short distances. The one downside is that it is hard to repair, or even find anyone who will fix a flat tire. I got a flat and had to pay $60 just to get that swapped, and that was just for labor. It the tire gets a flat on the motor side, most places won't fix it, I tried power sports places and bike places. So, something to be aware of when getting this.

I have a friend tha really loves her scooter so with her being the leader I followed and I too love it! It’s light to toss in the back of the car and compact. It’s fast and the price sure is right with such a short time needed to charge the battery. Good job hiboy! I really think we are going to be great friends!!!

This has been an awesome purchase love this thing sturdy dependable fast for an adult 220 pounds 6 foot tall gets up and get going so for my daughter it’s very fast

I’ve been riding this scooter for about a month now, mostly going to work and quick store runs. It’s pretty solid and the seat with the basket is really handy. The ride is smooth on flat roads, and it goes fast enough for me — around 20 mph feels good. But it’s kinda heavy, so carrying it up stairs is a pain. Battery takes long to charge, like 6 hours, and I don’t really get 25 miles, more like 18 or 19. Brakes are ok but not super strong, you just need to slow down early. Overall it’s a good scooter for the price. Not amazing, not bad, just does the job.

Good scooter overall. Easy to assemble. The battery range has also been good so far for driving around my college campus for 4-5 days without charging. The only issue I had was with the front wheel fender, mine may have been defective. Even after following the instructions exactly during assembly, the fender still looked bent and drooped to one side, causing it to rub against the front tire. I had to remove it completely. Aside from that issue, the scooter seems to be working well for everyday use.
