    I'm a mom of four adopted children and want the best for them. I'm very grateful for the service at Best Buy. There's no other place I'll buy from. This Hisense is like being in the Movie's.

    I bought this TV on a black Friday special. It took a month and a half to come in, but it was worth it. Good quality, good sound and you can’t beat the price.

    TV Sucks. 60 days from date of purchase this tv went to a bright white screen and that's all you can see. Warranty from BestBuy is supposed to cover 5 years. However, it doesn't cover the first year while the tv is under the manufacturer warranty so BestBuy basically steals your first year of service under their warranty as they told us to contact manufacturer. Hisense wants to repair the tv so they are going to send out a repairman to look at it. Now, this is a brand new tv and it only lasted 60 days from the date of purchase. We bought 11/29 and it went out 1/29. This tv wasn't even used that much. So unless you want a huge paperweight for your money I don't recommend that you purchase this tv or the extended warranty BestBuy offers for it. I don't think fixing a tv that we just bought brand new is a good deal. I'd rather have a full refund and purchase another brand. Other brands last far longer than 60 days. Everyone was more than willing to take our money for the tv but shirks replacing or refunding the tv and BestBuy's extended warranty during the first year is theft. They don't do anything for you during the first year but they keep your money. So don't purchase this tv or the extended warranty.

    I do not typically write reviews, so me writing this I think is important for people to fully read or I wouldn’t be doing it. For starters, I am fair, and will start off. G saying, the TV itself is a fine TV as long as it’s working properly. Picture etc is all good when working. The issue I had and what this review is about is within ONE month-ish of the TV purchase, I turned it on one night and there was a purple line going up and down the screen. It was already past Best Buy’s return window by about a week or two. So, I now have to deal with Hisense customer service — this is the MOST IMPORTANT part of this review to understand and read before saying no to a different brand because it may be $100 more. Trust me when I say that extra $100-$200 is so much more valuable than you think. I had a minor issue with TCL in the past, they tried to resolve the issue over the phone as they all do the same things. The issue was not resolved, and they had me write void on the sticker on the back of the TV and sent me a new TV immediately, no issues at all. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH HISENSE!!!. You would think this TV cost $10,000 after reading, just stay with me — Hisense’ solution .. after spending about an hour going through the reset of the TV process to see if it can work. Which, from the look of a purple line through the screen, I knew that nothing they did was going to fix it, but I played along because you kind of have to. Ultimately their solution is to have a person come to your home, to harvest the parts of the television and then scratch the TV screen and then leave you with the tv to dispose of — The kicker is that they do not bring you a replacement TV or check that day. So they come to your house, harvest parts IN your house And then leave you with a torn apart TV to dispose of yourself … THEN, IF they have the inventory, it would be about five days until they sent a replacement TV. IF they do not have the inventory, then it is roughly 4 to 6 weeks for them to send a check via Postal Service !!! I honestly thought I got a prank phone call when their customer service team called me and said that someone would first come to the house, harvest parts, scratch the screen, then a few days later, they would send the new TV if they had in inventory. For me, luckily it’s a bedroom TV. If you were thinking about buying branded Hisense please, pass up on their brand or purchase the geek squad warranty through Best Buy. Trust me when I say I have had experiences with other TV brands and no one does what they are doing and makes it as complicated as they are making it. I would guess they are probably doing it intentionally so I will just say forget about it and just go purchase a new TV. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional, the policies they have to replacing a TV that you did not break is almost unbelievable to hear. I know I drawn out this review long enough. Moral of the story, if you want to save 100, 200 bucks I get it, but if you have the TV past Best Buy’s return window and you have an issue with the TV where it has to be replaced, you will be kicking yourself in the butt and thinking about this review. I don’t know how they ever have sold a television or anything with the way their customer service team is.

    I had a 65” samsung for years. It was pricey. This was in my price range now. Should have known. I have played with all the settings for quality of pixels. It suckssss regardless. Sound is OK, from other reviews i have read, sound isnt terrible tho. But the quality is giving, “I just grabbed this off the side of the road.” INVEST IN BETTER

However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation.     Purchase this a month ago and I'm impressed. Got the 65 inch with tax and delivery for $340.00. Can not beat that price for a 4k television. I'm a Samsung fan from phones to tv. Had the plasma to led. This budget Hisense you're getting your money's worth. Picture quality is very good but you will need a high quality video source such as youtube and Netflix to take advantage of it. Dolby Atmos brings these speakers to life. The bass is just enough that you won't need a soundbar. I suggest for best sound to put the sound mode to theatre. Auto volume off. Adjust the equalizer as follows: 125hz 10 250hz 4 500hz 7 1khz 7 2khz 5 4khz 7 8khz 10 I promised you the sound quality will sound much fuller and richer with these settings. Turning dolby Atmos off will sound dull and subpar. If you have an android phone then this is perfect for it. You can surf the tv browser like a computer. Also the tv at about 40 lbs is not that heavy. Fyi - If you're looking for a budget tv with great picture/sound, google operating system for your google phone or tablet, not too heavy and won't put a dent on your wallet, then this is the one for you.

    The picture on this TV is incredible. Out of the box, the best TV for the money. Admittedly, I am concerned about the long term reliability but I am hoping Hisense's quality control has improved. However, for the money and out of box experience, I am willing to give it a chance.

    This was a replacement for a Samsung TV ruined by a moving company during my interstate move. I wanted to upgrade from a 55” to a 65” with a great picture quality and decent features for less than $500, and this fit the criteria. This TV cannot handle the downloading and streaming of apps directly on the TV. I had to purchase a Roku, which was an inconvenience and added expense, however, it allows me to download and stream all the apps I had on my old TV (and more). I am experiencing issues with my connected sound bar automatically adjusting the volume no matter what settings I am on. (I am tech savvy & have researched the issue). I did not experience this with my Samsung.

    So far we are really pleased with our Hisense TV. This is our first one and I’d give it a 5 star if it weren’t for the occasional shadows that were still there on some channels. So I expressed this to BBuy/ Geek Squad Rep that installed the new system. I mean, we have purchased so many products from BB over the last 30+ years and we have trusted them IMPLICITLY. SO we’ve ALWAYS HAD THE BEST PROTECTION PLANS ON ALL OF DEVICES AND TVS. But I am telling you, their support and dedication IS JUST NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE. I’ll stick to this item. Back to the shadows on my new 65 in TV. The Rep says, OH NO Problem, a simple new $30 HDMI cable will fix it, I have one the truck, I say GREAT. IT APPEARED FIXED. He left, my card was hit for an extra $200. And I still have fuzzy shadows at various times, not always, but enough that you spend $1000 (make that $1200) on a TV, soundbar and PROTECTION PLAN AND SUPPORT, AND IT IS A JOKE. BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HAVE ANY SUPPORT FROM ANYONE WHO DOES ANYTHING EXCEPT…PASS ME OFF TO YET SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE. WHO THEN LOSES MY ACCOUNT. AND ABOVE ALL ELSE, ACTUALLY TOLD ME I WILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER $250 to have it SET UP AGAIN. My purchase was on Oct 7, 2024. I may NEVER BUY FROM BB again!
