Poor audio quality

The audio was filled with static and they were unusable. However, I was pairing them with a bluetooth transmitter for a television. I did not try them with my phone; they may have worked better there.

The quality is ok and the brackets that hold the earphone to the ear can break easily. The earphones won't stay in as well if the brackets break.
