Fibromyalgia causes deep knots that are very painful..A good massage can relieve the pain. The HoMedics - Shiatsu Massage Pillow does the job by forcefully kneading the knots causing release of the knots and the pain. Both heat and vibration can also be used. I would suggest use of a folded towel over the unit if massage is to strong for you. Can be used from low back to upper back.

Use this product mainly on my neck, shoulders and lower back. I usually use it at night prior to going to sleep. It helps release the tension and relax. There is also a heat mode, which is nice

Wasn't sure if I would like this product but am glad I tried it. Does a great job of working on tight muscles and relieving with heat on my lower back.

This HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Pillow works wonders. It's powerful which is what I was looking for. There are settings to adjust to your needs. My neck has felt so much better after using this product. Very easy to use. I'm very happy with this massager!

I put the massager on my back with heat and the muscles felt so much better I could sleep thru the night without waking up

I sit at a desk for a living and constantly find myself leaning forward, which kills my upper back. I prop this pillow up behind me, turn on the kneading with the heat, and let this thing work its magic. It really gets me through between visits to my masseuse. Highly recommend.

I enjoy using the massager to relieve shoulder and neck tightness. It really works. Having the heat feature is an added bonus. The cord could have been a little longer, but overall, this is a good buy.

This is an easy to use massage pillow. I love the fact that it is not battery operated And the heat feature is great.

I enjoy this product a lot because you can have it rubbing, vibrating and the heat on all at the same time. I don’t think it’s for ppl that tend to like the softer touch for back rubs. If you like more pressure than this is for you. I have tons of knots around my neck and shoulder blades so I’ll sit up in bed and have this on for a half hour to work out some of those knots.

I get massages often and with Covid, I can't really go. I got this because Homedics has brand recognition and I wanted something to help me out. I don't use the heated setting much, but this device is pretty awesome. I didn't expect much, but if you lean on it and position it well, it can really get into the muscles. Shifting it from lower back all the way up means it can do my whole back up to my neck. Would definitely recommend this device!

This has and still serves me well working from home. I spend minimum 10 hours sat at my desk daily and this has been amazing relieving those aches.

Love how it massages your back,feet,neck and it feels so good! Especially after hard days work! It gets those knots out! Without paying a fortune!

It was hard to get it in the right place unless I was using it on my lower back. When I laid it down on a pillow to use on my neck it was too much pressure and hurt. When I am able to get it where I need it, it feels great. Within a few hours though everything seems to hurt worse. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but there weren’t really good instructions to go off of.
