Love this massager! It is def a deep tissue massager but it also has a vibration mode which isn’t as intense. The heat along with the roller balls is amazing! I can skip going for a neck massage and just lay down on the couch with this! My husband and I both love it!!

I really love this product because I work out really hard and am extremely sore. I use this product for every where. Its helped tremendously on my legs, back, shoulders, head,glutes, and other inflamed muscles. I take hor shower and use this product. It gives a very hard massage. I'm use to deep tissue so its perfect for me. The only problem it shuts off. I imagine that's for safety reasons. I have used it every day for 1 week now. I am still able to run every day because of the removal of knots this helps with.

Comfy and easy to use. Helps with back pain from sitting in a work office chair all day. I like the heat feature too.

I tried several massagers of this kind. However, this one works much better for neck and back. I use it regularly.

This is a wonderful massage pillow. It gives a deep intense massage with heat and has multiple settings. Great for back and neck massages

Some reviews said it bruised them because it was too rough. My back was hitting to the point I almost gave my 5 year old a baseball bat to beat on my back with, so I thought it sounded promising. Worked great to get my back loose and feeling better pretty quick. I might have had a little tender spots afterwards but I used it A LOT the first night. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. She says she no longer needs to go to spas or book massages because this honestly does the trick. Just be sure to not overuse it (she had it on for 5+ hours) and it burnt out...but only temporarily, it was up and running again the next day. We read the guidelines, apparently you shouldn't have it on for longer than 30 mins - an hour per use!!!

I liked it and it was useful, but IT ONLY MASSAGED ONE PART OF THE BODY. I NEED ONE THAT MASSAGES THE WHOLE BODY

I bought this for a Christmas present, I hope they like it. I have had one for quite sometime feels really good.

I've had one very similar, also made by HoMedics, for six years. The covering was plastic though and was wearing out even though the electronic elements were still working fine. So now with this new one I find the fabric covering a definite upgrade and just as therapeutic ad my old one. I have herniated spinal discs as well as scoliosis which leaves my back muscles in chronic distress. This shiatsu pillow with its heated message motion has given me great relief!!

Love the ability to move it around to different locations along my back. Hit the pressure points I needed.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. I use it on occassion. Pro: helps for pain Con: very firm, almost hurts when laying directly on it; only goes in one direction; heating setting isn’t very warm. Vibrating setting not useful. Overrall it get’s the job done

I have been working from home and this is fantastic to throw on my back for a bit. What I love most about it is putting it on the ground and using it as a foot massage!! I recently began running and this eases the pain and muscle tension

At first I was definitely skeptical about this and and any massage product, I even kept the box just in case I was going to return it. I must say I am impressed with this product. It feels almost as good as my boyfriend massages . I love that I can use it on my neck and lower back, two of my problem spots for the line of work I do. I no longer have to come home EVERY DAY asking my man for a neck and back massage I just sit on my couch and let the Shiatsu go to work. My man appreciate this pillow and he even uses it sometimes.
