Bought this for my wife a gift. She really loves the shiatsu rollers. She doesn't use the heat feature, so I can't speak for that part. She moves it up and down her neck depending where she needs it. It is too harsh for me to use, but she likes the deep roller feeling.

I would not use it regularly but it does a good job if you get some muscle tensions in your back/neck. The rollers are quite hard and can be hurtful sometimes.

Takes away everyday aches and pains. Very relaxing after a hard day at work. Great for lower back and shoulders. Have to fight the wife for it.

I bought this because working at home has presented some ergonomic challenges. My new workspace wasn't designed with comfort in mind and so my shoulders and neck have been taking some abuse. It's not trained massage therapist, but it gets the job done. The bonus is that its pillow form encourages you to lay down and relax a bit. So go ahead, treat yourself to an inexpensive massage while your local spa is still closed.

I've owned several of theses pillows over the years alwys homedics ... With chronic back pain I would often cause the gears within to strip due to heavy use ... This latest model however has been holding strong continuing to massage no matter the pressure one exerts upon the pillow ... Great massage action and the heat option is a plus .

Everyone in our family uses this. My teenage boys love it after a hard workout. My husband loves it after a long day at work. Wish it was a little bigger to cover more area, but it is a great buy!

Great massager for the price. Works good on upper back and between shoulder blades. I also use it on my lower legs. Would definitely recommend

The only call-out would be don't have it directly on your back. Make sure you have a buffer of some sort in between. Other than that this massager is one of the best I've tried.

This is my second one, I love it. The only reason I had to by the 2nd one is we moved across country and didn't bring with us. It hits all the right spots and I can change positions to get the right spots. The heat warms up nicely.

I purchased this as a gift for my son, when he was under considerable stress. He reported back that it was magical!

I bought this after buying a similar product which too works well but this is sooo much better.

Purchased this several months ago, and have had no problems with it. It has a robust movement, and really works the tight muscles in the lower back. Takes a bit of finagling to get it in just the right spot on my back, but once there, it does its job well.

This is a great oasis from the strain of my back that is constantly tense from sitting down. I would recommend!

Personally, it does press on the right spots when properly positioned so I recommend it.

Had this for a year now and it still works great! You can lean into it harder for an intense massage on knots in your neck and back. Mesh cover is not comfortable on skin but a T-shirt or towel over that fixes it.

My wife uses it when she is stress. For myself I do like to use it on my lower back.. next time I will by a bigger one

This product is easy to use and very portable. It does a nice job relieving tension at the pressure points on/across the top of the back/neck area.
