Ok but some problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this massager for the most part but the main issue is that it is so thick you can’t put it behind your back without supporting the other areas of your back with pillows or such because otherwise you are at a bad angle or just putting too much pressure on it. So it massages pretty well once you spend a few minutes getting it positioned correctly.

Ended up returning

Heat mode didn't produce too much heat. It was good for the price and I struggled with wanting to return it, but after it sat for a couple of weeks unused, I knew I wasn't going to use it again.

It is alright. Here other one was more versatile than this one. It's hard to use it for anywhere other than the lower back but it does the trick.
