In the first week I set it a little too high and the carpet a few feet below got quite damp. Once I lowered the power it was not an issue.

My only gripe is that you have to pull out the insert and turn it upside down to fill it. It then gets heavy because it holds a lot of tap water and drips when carried back to the unit. However, using tap water saves a lot of money over distilled.

So well, I fell asleep with it on and woke up to it setting off my smoke detector going off because the room was so filled with humidity. So needless to say, it does the job.

This one is more stylish and refills easier without too much leakage. On the highest setting, it runs out of water pretty quickly though.

He tends to struggle with breathing from time to time when he is sleeping. Using this along side Vicks vapor solution, I am thankful to say he has been sleeping a lot better and he couldn't be happier. Also, it helped when he had nose congestion.

We had a Best Buy gift card so we decided to take a chance. So far so good! We don't have any leaks and it works great! My daughter uses it every night.
