I was originally hesitant to purchase because we didn't know if our home had the required wiring but purchased anyways. Easy install and love the app (can change and schedule temperature when I am away).

Works great. Only issue to deal with is setup. Make sure to turn off 4G on phone before setting up and it is easy. Otherwise phone keeps transferring to 4G when trying to sync with thermostat.

I purchased this item and was somewhat concerned because I am not a tech savvy person but I am pleased to say it is incredibly easy to use. Love it and would recommend it.

Got it home, wiring and mounting was simple, turned power to the hvac back on and was up and running. It's been working great. It has an easy interface on the thermostat and the app.

Works great. I am able to use this with my echo to turn on the heat, also turn the heat up and down or even turn it off.

This wi-fi thermostat functions as well as other wi-fi thermostats or better. I like the clean square design. The price is substantially less than the Nest which is a plus.

The device blows away Nest and its $100 less! Geofencing frees me from schedules. I work from home regularly. When I'm at the actual office it adjusts down. Plus asking Siri to change the temperature impresses friends, lol!

The thermostat was easy to install and very simple to program. Being able to set the temp via wifi has helped save money. It was easy to pair with an iPhone.

Once you get it going it works great! When installing YouTube is your friend, unless you are an expert in HVAC or low voltage wiring.

I've been using this thermostat for. Few months and I love it. When I forget to turn it up when I leave my home...no worries. I can do it from my phone

This thermostat is awesome for the price. It works with Apple HomeKit and is easy to install. Not only that but you get a rebate from the electric and gas company!

The honeywell lyric T5 thermostats are awesome! Helps me control the temperature inside our house or away via my phone, needs a 24v line, easy set-up.

I was interested in buying a smart thermostat for my home to help save on money. I'd researched the ecobee and the Nest, and this one seemed to be much more affordable. Granted, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the Nest, but it allows schedule creating, so you can set the thermostat to your schedule. The geofencing feature is nice, too. I love that I can adjust my thermostat while I'm at work. I'm no HVAC installer, but install was a breeze. If you're new to the smart thermostat market, I highly recommend starting with this product. It will pay for itself over time.

Installation instructions are clear, with good explanation of the wire required to power the thermostat. Easy to install app on my phone and tablet.

Easy to use and control has become lot easier now. Temperature scheduling is easy and can also control it remotely.

One of several good smart solutions. I picked this one as I had a T4 so installation was a breeze. I also am not a big fan of "learning" features.

I love this wifi thermostat I'm able to turn it off and on when I am away from the house. A really cool feature is the reminder to change the air filter.
