Great smart thermostat for a fraction of the cost

He's always sworn by Honeywell and has nothing good to say about the other popular brands. This one integrates perfectly with Alexa and the Smart things hub. The best part is the geofence feature so it knows when we're home or away and adjusts the temp accordingly.

easy to install and program

The Lyric app gives you different options for day, night, geofencing, and vacation settings. We have used this thermostat for a month now and have used vacation setting once for a week. Everything works as advertised. Above all it costs far less than the Eco or Nest thermostats.

Great wifi thermostat for the money.

This one does everything but learn your habits. Honestly I just wanted to be able to have a connection to my echo and not have to switch back and forth between heat and cool in the middle of the night. This does everything I need for half the price.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.***Make sure you have a common wire before purchasing!!*** installation was pretty easy, needed to hook up a common wire but that wasn't the biggest headache. Once I got it powered it took about an hour to get it to recognize my wifi. Called Honeywell and they were helpful, now it works like a charm.
