This thermostat installed very easily and connected to my iPhone and WiFi without any issues at all. Very simple to program.

The thermostat is good. Connection is simple. Make sure your wiring has C wire (power), otherwise you will need to get a model that has battery power. The interface is sleek and simple. The iOS app is not designed well. User interface can use some improvements. I have another Honeywell thermostat and it uses a different app. I wish Honeywell have one app for all of its models. I have to use two apps to manage my two furnaces, which is a negative.

I've heard of this thermostat through Honeywell's website, and saw that Best Buy carried it. While I originally looked at the $250 Ecobee and now $200 Nest, this $150 does the job of warming/xooling the house. I have yet to run into any issues with the WiFi using the Lyric app. And it also works with iPhone's home Kit as advertised. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase, and recommend to everyone.

This thermostat was a pain to set up and install. However now that the hard part is done it is self sufficient and I don’t even touch it anymore. The schedule option is awesome

I was most attracted to the fact this thermostat wasn't a dial without a true display. I thought I was missing the common wire, but when I found that it just wasn't hooked up, connecting was a breeze. I had some trouble with using my galaxy s8 to register/set up the thermostat (wouldn't complete), I used an iPhone 6 and it set up without any issue. I think there are problems with the Android app and certain phones.

I got this to help keep the cost down and to have control over the heat against my teenagers who keep the heat on 75 or higher. I must say I am living in heaven right now because not only does it help keep the heat controlled but it keeps the fan from coming on so much as well so my bill should be much cheaper this month. Haven’t gotten the first bill with this thermostat yet but I can definitely tell the temperature difference. And love that it is WiFi!

We upgraded to this thermostat to help regulate temps better when we weren’t home. House is 3200+ sqft and hoping this helps with cooling/heating costs. You can set your “home” radius and heat/ac will kick on to temp when you cross into the radius. You can also adjust the temp from the app on your phone instead of walking downstairs in the middle of the night. So far so good! Too soon to tell about the cost savings but it works well and is easy to use.

I loved the thermostat, its been more than a month since I bought this, I had some issues with the C-wire but found some youtube videos for a work around process. Geo fencing scheduling and the ability to control with your smartphone is very useful. If you are in the market for a thermostat then i recommend you to take a look at this. Depending on where you live you might even qualify for a mail in rebate.

This thermostat is easy to install and works very nicely. My house's temperature is stable throughout the day.

If this thermostat worked as described it would be great, but it does not work. The geofencing feature, where it knows when you are away from home, only works occasionally. If it does decide I am away from home, it may be an hour or two after I left and went beyond the radius that is set. Sometimes I will be hone, in the house, and it does not recognize I am home for a few hours. You can not override and tell it you are home or away either. I have contacted Honeywell customer service numerous times. After dialing and punching in all the numbers to answer their questions, I sometimes get through to a person, sometimes put on a long hold and eventually cut off. If I get a person, they always put me on a long hold, then come back and say it is fixed. It is not fixed. This has gone on for over a month now and I am no better off It simply does not work! It is nice to be able to change the temperature via smartphone. I would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone and because of this experience, I would never buy a Honeywell product again.

Works well. I think it looks better than the Nest. At least it blends better in my house.

Great looking product. Simple install, versatile use with lyric app and apple home app.

We purchased and planned to install this thermostat ourselves, only problem is you have to have a common wire, if you have an older thermostat you may not have one already in the walll. We had to call out an HVAC guy to rewire our furnaces. The product itself is very easy to use and great value for what you can do. I definitely suggest this product to everyone, just know you need that other wire, that was a surprise to us.

Great product! Not overly "smart" and confusing. Some products you have to dive down deep into the options to have it set up the way you want. There is none of that on this. Display is not color with fancy graphics, but then again... it's not about that. It's about coming home to a warm / cool house and having the heating / cooling system be on less when you're not there. I would recommend this no doubt!

Purchased and installed in May, stopped working in November. Had a professional look over my system and was told that everything seemed fine, the thermostat simply stopped working. It worked quite well before it died. Replaced it with a cheap $30 one and moved on with life

Installation took only 20 minutes. And has functioned well since. Can't ask for more

Works flawless with 5wire configuration from my apartment. Now I bought a house from ‘97 and it only has 4 wires from furnace, no C wire. I can’t use it anymore since my furnace doesn’t have control panel that shows which wire to which. 4stars for flawless work from its working condition.

Bought this to replace an old Robert Shaw unit and it works great. Easy to setup and make sure you have the C wire. In my case I connected a spare wire at the furnace and connected the same wire at the thermostat. This powers it on at all times. Better temp control than the old one. The touch pad is a great feature and so is the wireless feature. Great visible screen too.
