Excellent little Chromebook. This was my first one and I will say it will be difficult to ever use a non-Chromebook laptop. So fast to boot up and get to work. HOWEVER, I had bought 2 and both stopped charging in less than a year of use (one was only 5 months old, other 11 months) I took one to Geek Squad and they handled everything (mailed it to their service center) I received tracking info and would be informed if they could fix it or just issue me a refund. Very efficient. Performance is 5 stars, but took one star off for the battery issue.

Great decent laptop, mainly just for work. Everything was perfectly fine and easy to understand/set up. Fast enough to get work done with 10+ tabs open. Not bad, great price.

This was the best buy I've gotten in a long time. It works efficiently. The price was perfect. The size was great and I think blessed by for putting it on sale. I love Chrome

Amazing, exactly what I needed. It lets me access all the stuff I need it to, it works really well and is great for school. I really like it and it was for a great price also.

Excellent for the price. Good quality, work good. It was a gift and my nephew love it. I love buy in Best Buy.

We needed laptops for our 7- and 9-year-old children who are home schooled. These have been excellent. The children enjoy using them and have adapted easily to them. We chose a Chromebook for the cloud-based storage and security. They are sturdy and hold their charge well. We found these on sell at Best Buy and are very pleased with our purchase.

This is my second Chromebook and I LOVE it. I like Chromebooks, because they are very easy to use and you do not have have buy Microsoft Office.

I really like how light this Chromebook is. Fast charging and the battery lasts forever.

I absolutely love this laptop! It’s sleek, lightweight, and super fast. The screen is vibrant, the battery lasts all day, and it handles multitasking with ease. Great for work, school, and streaming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable device!

This is one of the BEST laptops I have ever used. It runs great and the battery lasts for quite a while. I am in online schooling as well and the computer has a good amount of storage.

This laptop is nice, I bought it on sale and to experience something other than apple I would continue to buy Hp rather than apple mac pc’s. The battery life is long lasting and great for college students, you can already have the chrome browser instead of downloading something that’s going to create a virus.

Titanium, nice display. Slick and sleek. It's a very nice laptop, Im still using it 4 years later. Upgraded memory not too ago to 2TB. Can't upgrade ram though.

Super easy setup. Perfect for school. Not expensive incase anything happens to it, it can be replace. My sons been using it for school and its Perfect for all his high school activities. Battery last all day and charges pretty fast. It's perfect for what he needs it for.

Well so far its ok amd works just as hood as any other computer.i mainly purchased it because i need to have meetings online instead of traveling to off to be 8n person so for that matter it is perfect for zoom calls and i have no complaints and im not super savvy with computers.however iam basic and knows how to get where i need to.so this purchase is just fine

This device was easy to setup and my son has had no problem operating this device. So far, great buy, for a great price.

i got this as my computer for University and it does the job amazingly, smooth and fast and just sleek looking all around

I purchased this Chromebook for my son to replace a previous HP Chromebook that was damaged and it’s does everything needed. He’s able to do his homework and play games. I would highly recommend this product.

I have had this laptop for 2 years as with the price I would have expected it not to last. However, this laptop has gotten me through thick and thin. Highly affordable, great battery life, and gets you through everyday activities more than well. If you are thinking of it DO IT!!

Perfect for the price its nothing fancy but gets the job done. Overall great for the price

The perfect choice as a back-up PC to my tablet. The strong battery enables me to use the Chromebook outdoors on my deck during spring and summer months. Excellent video quality for watching video and volume control on speaker provides desired sound for music.
