The best laptop I ever spend on. I had this laptop for awhile, and it’s not a disappointment. I got it when it was on sale. It’s not acting slowing, it’s fast, big screen, touchscreen. I don’t think I’m upgrading no time soon. I had other laptops and they wasn’t on spot like this one. I used this laptop for my school work, and it doesn’t lag or doesn’t froze at all. Also the battery life is amazing, I don’t have to charge for almost 3 days. It doesn’t die fast like other laptops. I would recommend to my friends 100/10.

Makes for a great second laptop. Does the job I enjoy the touch screen that allows me to select items on the screen easier good battery life sleek slim and I like the solid state configuration.

Will not forget this laptop was purchased about five minutes before the limited price reduction deal ended. Best ever (touchscreelaptop purchase!

I walked into my local Best Buy looking to compare laptop computers from what I have seen at Wal-Mart. As in mist cases you get the quality that you pay for. I found the HP Laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 on sale. I needed a Laptop for maritime studies so I waited around for an associate to help me and nobody came. Frustrated I walked to the front door and the associate at the front door greeted me asking if I found everything ok? I said no I need help so he immediately walked with me back to the product and offered answers to all my questions. The man was amazingly helpful. He even carried the Laptop to the register and promptly checked me out. Thank you Best Buy. It's refreshing to find great service and quality products under one roof.

I was very Leary at first because of the price. They say you get what you pay for. To my surprise, the price had nothing to do with it. I purchased this computer online which is something I wouldn't normally do for equipment like this. I do wish I had gone into the store and spoke with someone because I really wanted more ports to hook up my equipment. I made it work, and the laptop works well. The screen is a good size, everything is clear, it's fast and it's easy to navigate. The only thing I am not happy about is there is not enough power to use multiple screens. I ended up having to purchase a power block and more cords and I am still not able to get enough power to the third screen (as seen in the photo). If you do not want/need multiple screens, this is the laptop for you for a very affordable price. I would not recommend it for multiple screens. If I had known about this, I would have purchased a different one. All in all, this laptop is worth the money!

Got this gem a couple months back and it has held up well! Amazing screen, fast, and lightweight. The battery could be better, but for the quality of the screen it is a great laptop. If you are on the fence, go for it.

Loving my new laptop! My old laptop was so slow, I had forgotten how fast I could just google something! It is fast and the display is so clear and vibrant!

The young associate who assisted me was just fantastic. I told him what I was looking for in a a laptop, he showed me the products, I picked a fitted case, we were off to the register for payment. This took less than 15 minutes.

It's the coolest laptop i have had so far. Havent been able to explore everything but so far I'm pleased. Large-sized keys and easy to navigate.

Light weight and middle-of-the road performance laptop. I was pleasently surprised by the compact size of the power adapter (45W), although not sure if the small size is good or bad for charging time. I purchased when it was on sale so it was a good deal.

It's a very good daily use computer. Graphics a little low budget but other than that is excellent.

I stand by my appreciation for HP Laptops. This has a sleek design and lightweight and the crisp screen makes it easy to use for hours on end.

Customer service was awesome at time of purchase. Store associate was very patient and andwered all my questions. I did not feel pressured to buy and will be coming back for future purchaes. The laptop is great and is exactly what I needed for school, and having a full keyboard is everything.
