I am really enjoying my laptop. Had issues buying online, because my bank did not like it was out of state so they marked my card as fraud but was able to pick up at the store after I fixed my bank and let them know it was me.. .

Great price and superb product. I purchased it for my teenager son few month ago. The computer screen is very clear, the touch screen is amazing and the tablet feature is a benefit. I may purchase another one.

Nice computer for the price. Love the touchscreen feature. Quick, lightweight and easy to use. My only concern at this point is that the keyboard is difficult to see which letter is on the keys because the keys are silver and the letters printed on them are a light grey. Otherwise, so far I am very pleased with this computer.

We liked this laptop very much . Considering the price it has decent specifications and RAM . It’s doesn’t overheat . I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a laptop less than 500 usd .

So fast and smooth!! I am thoroughly impressed and I’ve been a MacBook user for years. I had to buy this for work and I think I love it more than my MacBook Air lol. The intel i5 with the 12gb memory process every program like a breeze. No delays or load times. The only downside in my opinion is the glare from the screen so get an anti-glare protector film for the best experience.

I bought this as an open box item. After getting use to the touch screen and other features. I love my HP. This is my 3rd Hp laptop so far so good.. no complaints

HP touchscreen Model 15-dy4013dx is a pretty good laptop! It's very fast and I like the keyboard. Issues: I had to install my own software and turned off the MS Store only feature (don't ask how I did it). The latest weird issue is that 3 wireless mice keep locking up then the batter "dies" -- I'm on my 3rd mouse and cannot figure out what is causing this. It's inconsistent. So I bought a cable mouse, maybe that will help!

This laptop, overall works pretty well. I have found that it can run a little slow and lags sometimes, even when the battery is charged. Other than that it is a solid laptop for the price.

I got this laptop when it was on sale. The oringinal price is $629.99, I bought it for less than $450.00. I've had this laptop for almost 2 months. I'll start with the pros and then the cons I have. I wasn't able to see this computer on display, it was not out. PROS: -Full keyboard with 10 touch number key. This is important to me as I am a fast typer. - I like the feel of the keys, they are bigger than my last HP 17" that I had. -Speed- I have not had any issues with the speed of the laptop. - Touch screen -Nice, sleek and clean look. - microphone is good -it's lightweight SO-SO- - The battery states is up to "8.5" hours. I find this to be off. I get a good 4 hours in before I have to plug it in. - sound is okay, nothing special. CONS: Which honestly is making me regret this purchase. - The screen resolution- 1366x768 (HD), my phone and iPad have better screen resolution than this laptop. I hate working on this laptop because I feel like the screen is "fuzzy". I'm a grad student, and I work full time ( I have a separate computer for work) , so I am on the computer a lot. In order to feel like I am not straining my eyes, I need to bend/ recline the screen almost to its full extent. When I use this laptop, I feel like I have to squint to get clarity. Luckily, I have a 2008 monitor I use to hook up to the laptop, that is way better than this screen. However, when I am tired of working at the desk, and I want to move to the couch, bending the screen back is not ideal. If this laptop was on display AND I was able to turn it on, then I would have realized the screen issue. - no backlit keyboard- I settled for this. My last HP laptop was backlit, and I didn't realize how much I appreciated that feature until I didn't have it. - front camera is fuzzy when in use. Overall, if you need to use a laptop for anything more than looking something up quickly, then this laptop is not for you. Spend the extra money for WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT. I was so excited to get this laptop, and as soon as I powered it on, I was very disappointed. My husband told me to keep it and not return it since money was tight and I needed to complete assignments as my old laptop stopped working. I think this laptop would be a nice step up from the school laptops that are issued to high school student. If you don't care about the screen resolution/ clarity, and will not be using a laptop heavily like I am, then this is for you.

Really good, does what I need it to do. Browsing the web with multiple tabs open and it doesn’t slow down. Also chose it because of the loud speaker. However I still have it in S mode so I can’t download the zoom app. Need to figure out how to be able to get the zoom app or I would need to switch it from S mode.
