I have had this item for a few weeks now, I am happy with my purchase. I spent time at home searching for a machine with good Intel chip, decent memory capacity and touch screen, So far, so good. The only issue is the weight, a little heavy when traveling, but I wanted the larger screen. There is always a give and take.

This laptop is the first I've bought with an SSD and so far I'm pleased with it. It is faster than the laptops I'm used to, which is what I was hoping for. The screen resolution is very good. The keyboard is a little loud, but I really like the space it provides. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I have bought several HP laptops over the last few years and have been very happy with all of them. This one included. The only beef I have with this one is that they skimped on the SSD and could have easily put in at least a 256GB SSD or 500GB for only a few more dollars. However, the sale price was good enough that I figured I could purchase a 500GB for around $69 and add it later.

I purchase the laptop for my daughter as a means for her to stay connected to family and friends. My granddaughter was also using my daughter computer to video chat with family members. The touch screen help to make it easy for my granddaughter to navigate around the system.

This laptop is great. I replaced a 15-year-old laptop with this touchscreen. It is wonderful. You can even tell it what you want to do instead of typing. I would definitely purchase it again and I highly recommend it.

I don't do anything "fancy" on it but it DOES have so much more capability ... great speed and very happy with its performance thus far! be sure to get Total Tech Support ... the 800 number for Geek Squad is TERRIFIC, I just had my machine tuned up by a tech remoting in!

Computer gives me just what I need to get information off the internet quickly. So easy for someone like me who is not into all the latest technology. Best Buy employee didn't try to sell me a computer that had more abilities than necessary so for this, I am pleased.

I bought this laptop because my other one was over 7 years old and incredibly slow and outdated. I use my laptop mostly for school but also for internet. The touchscreen is great. Only issue I’ve had is when trying to communicate with all the features of my wireless printer, but finally was able to troubleshoot it on the HP website.

This Hp laptop is not the flashy, bells and whistles laptop for gaming and video editing..etc etc....It is laptop for basic essentials....internet surfing, ms office, doing your taxes type stuff....if you want a laptop to do more than that buy a different one that cost much more....if you want a laptop that does what I listed it does buy this one!

Absolutely love this laptop! So I've had this now for over a year. It still runs just as perfectly as the day I bought it and I use it everyday! It hasn't slowed down or anything. It's a powerful machine. The graphics are amazing, sound is nice. I truly believe having an SSD makes a difference too.

This computer is friendly to the user. I like the feel of the keys and the clarity of the screen. It has a sufficient number of ports and is compact. The touch screen is also a pleasant added feature. I am very pleased with this computer

We purchased this during the 20 Days of Doorbusters Sale and are very pleased with this touch-screen laptop. It was too hard to pass up with those specs and the sale price. Have been using it for a few months and have had no issues.

Nice computer, works well good size screen with lots of storage for basic needs of a teen or young adult. These days most youth want a touch screen this product has the ability to do both which is a very nice feature and works well.

Got this to use around the house and have been presently surprised. The touch screen is a really nice add. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great laptop

Bought this laptop after a job change..had to turn in my company laptop. For the first time in 20 years, needed my own and bought this HP. Love the quick start up and the speed is very good. Only thing I wished it had was the lighted keyboard but you get what you pay for. Great laptop af a great peice.

This is a great laptop for the money. I use a lot of graphic design programs and so for this computer has kept up with all of them and not slowed down. The touch screen portion I haven't used a whole lot but it is a nice feature.

I needed a new laptop for work and home use and the HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop fit the bill. The Intel Core i5 was the biggest selling point. It's quick and reliable for all my needs. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased this laptop for my wife who uses it for ‘light’ business work. She is mainly using Microsoft Office documents and research on the internet. Seems to work very well for her needs and she loves the touch screen.

So far so good on this laptop. Loads quickly upon starting, the screen is clear and the battery last quite a long time. We use it mainly for traveling and watching movies and surfing the web at home.
