Very good computer. Works well for my school work. I’m a college student so I’m constantly doing homework and taking notes, so the tablet feature is truly helpful

We love the features. The curve screen adds a beautiful finish. Silver looks so professional and versatile.

Happy with the laptop, only issue that I have is that the key numbers are silver on a silver background. My bad for not getting a computer with a lighted keyboard.

I am a writer and needed a new lightweight laptop for writing my novels. This laptop has been wonderful and helped get my first book finished and published.

Love the laptop. If I have 1 complaint it's that the silver keys aren't easy for my aging eyes to see and they're not backlighted. Not a big problem & otherwise I'm very happy with it.

I would recommend this laptop for school/students and work, obviously this is not a gaming laptop but productivity focused. It is pr] etty much comfortable to work with it and it performs great.

With the exception of the keyboard, I am satisfied with this computer. The lettering on the keyboard is medium gray against a silver background. This combination coupled with symbols that are quite small makes it difficult to read the symbols on the keyboard in all but bright light. This is not a deal breaker but it is frustrating.

I loved laptop. It is working perfectly still using it efficiently and in the best condition .

I am never one to write a bad review but my experience with this laptop and the customer support at HP has been abysmal. From the second I received this laptop it was acting weird. It was having phantom touch screen touches, freezing to the point where even the power button would not work, having random blue error screens, and having static screens. This has been extremely inconvenient as I am a remote worker and have lost a considerable amount of work while having to hard press the power to completely shut down the laptop and get it working again. I have contacted support, starting within just a few days of getting this product in July and going until right now in December. We have worked on the updates twice, updated the drivers twice, and reinstalled the entire operating system twice. This has taken at least 20+ hours of my time because they send you instructions for you to complete these repairs yourself. I have also sent in this laptop for repairs under the warranty once, which I got back on Monday. Directly after getting the laptop back, it was having the same problems so I contacted support, who did yet another round of updates, and now (less than a week later) they are sending me yet another box to have this laptop looked at under "warranty". When I asked what would be different about the repairs this time, they said they would note my concerns. When I asked what the logistics are for a refund or replacement, they said that it can only be completed within 30 days of purchase. I brought up the fact that I did have a case made within thirty days and asked what the logistics of the warranty are good for if not giving me a reliable computer, but they turned a blind eye. From my perspective, they dragged out the repair process so that they do not have to replace a faulty computer. They follow the same set of prompts (update, drivers, operations system, send for repairs) and will do nothing else for you even if it does not work. Needless to say, HP has lost a customer and everyone from my work and family has also seen this struggle and has agreed that HP is not going to be in our future. I am so incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Oh, and they have tried to sell me an extended warranty at least six times even after describing how they will not be replacing my laptop no matter what unsuccessful repairs they do. I have had to explain each and every time that I do not have the cash for a useless warranty and that I used a good chunk of my savings (I am a grad student) for this laptop, assuming that it would get me through school. That is not to mention the money that I have lost due to the time that this laptop was with HP repair the first time, which was 10 days.

Much faster than HP model purchased in 2021 HP laptop 15-db0xxx. Battery life not that good appears to run out faster than older model. Only lasted Five hours doing schoolwork, researching information for assignment and watching you tube

This is a powerful computer. The price and computer's technical specs are super competitive. this is a great deal!

So far this is a nice laptop. I haven’t put it to much use. I would rather have the ports on the right side, but have made it work.

This was roommate gift she loves the thin yet packed with what she needs , the keyboard separation of letters and numbers for being a 15 inch , the color on screen an i7 , enough ports speaker underneath . Best Buy for the buck got on sale . She loves it .

The computer itself, great. The packaging and delivery, not so much. I bought an open box buy noted as "excellent" and no flaws. This was not true. There is a hairline crack above a USB port -- it won't effect the computer but the little piece of computer casing could break off. Also, the box shipped in must of had a clear plastic portion that they package-taped over and it did not hold and in transit, the computer was shipped partially exposed. Again, the computer works fine and these are minor gripes but be aware of an open box buy. I would return but I've already starting using the computer and have placed too much personal info on it and would be more of a hassle than worth it.
