I am using this laptop for my study and it is the best laptop I have ever used. I like the wide and touch screen. I love the battery life of this laptop.

very impressed with this laptop. I like the touch screen and the flexibility of the laptop to go from laptop mode to tablet mode. I also like that the keyboard is centered and includes no numpad. the speakers on the top and bottom of the laptop are of high quality and sound excellent whether in laptop mode or tablet mode. the backlit keys are a must for anyone working at night / in the dark (although my space key seems to not be backlit?) VERY long battery life. I've left my laptop unused for a couple weeks once my school semester was over and there was still a charge on it. i did not turn it off or put it into sleep mode. the battery efficiency is wonderful and lasts insanely long. the specs feel very good. the processing power is fast and the laptop feels snappy as well, with lots of storage. the i7 processer handles many tasks, and 16gb of memory allows for me to easily multitask. the 1tb SSD has a lot fo storage and is also much faster at reading/writing data than a traditional hard drive. 5/5. i usually go for smaller sized laptops around 13 inches, but this 16 inch screen is wonderful! the laptop also uses windows hello and facial recognition to easily sign you in without having to type in your password/passcode. super handy!

I got a good deal on this laptop and I find it works great for a small business like mine. It runs all the applications I need and is very smooth. No lag or frozen screens, at least so far.

Over all buying experience was great with best buy. Touchscreen is excellent and responsive on these laptops. They are 2 in 1 laptops. Product came swiftly on time very next day. Online app is perfect to do online shopping. I bought two laptops as they were on good offer for Christmas present. Please with the purchase.

Bought Open-box Battery life - runs for at most 2 hrs There is a touchpad left click issue for holding and selecting text. Clicking at the bottom-left corner does not work most of the time, while clicking somewhat towards the center of the pad works. BIOS auto-updated once already WIFI performance is good, not great, with an Enterprise-class network Overall, the PC works well with low-to-medium use Touch screen with third party generic MPP2.0 pen works well

My old Dell laptop died. I opted to get a HP vs. a Mac. I have only had the HP a few weeks, but I do like all of the features and the ease of use. If you need perform work functions as well as basic tasks this is a good laptop to fit your needs.

I was looking for a computer to use for small business and with a decent size storage and good size screen but not too big. This seems to be really nice so far. I’ve had it for about a month now. I wanted something a little lighter but that’s not really an issue since I generally use it in a stationary place. Im almost 60 and The screen is a bit hard to read at times. I also like that the keyboard lights up if you choose to use that. I thought it came with a stylus but there wasn’t one with it.
