The computer is designed beautifully and nice. The processor is saying 16GB but unfortunately sometimes hang or slows down with only few tabs of study and a tab of YouTube open.

Very nice laptop. The 2 in 1 works well. I really like Windows 11. The keyboard is limited because it lacks a 2nd numeric option and the speakers are on the side which is very awkward.

I’ve had problems with my hp envy x360 2 in 1 16 since I opened it in September, 2024. WORDS TO THE WISE - if you plan on getting this laptop (or any?) either be sure to have a friend or relative with time on their hands who can troubleshoot lots of major problems or buy the tech service plan offered by the seller, if there is one. 1. Be sure you can actually see and read your serial and product numbers. They’re on the back and barely visible - as in maybe 4% at best. Impressed or written in white, they are white on brushed silver aluminum or similar. Look before you buy. 2. I’ve been using microsoft products for decades now and the game of compel-the-customer to stick with msn vs. ios has reached an anti-user-friendly state. I was FORCED to rely on Edge, and ability to continue using google was simply too hard. I will keep it as my default driver if for no other reason than I hate having software shoved down my throat. I want a machine, not restrictions on my choices. I can think for myself, research for myself, analyze for myself and will decide for myself. 3) the worst is that the laptop was so annoying, and the word software being compulsorily only accessible (musk must be rolling in it - what with his satellites and data theft) remotely (cloud) - with the effect that, with years of experience drafting correspondence and legal documents, I had to re-learn how to use the microsoft program . . . So I had to stop using it. It was too frustrating and work that had to be done, had to be done by other means. I switched over to Apple. Yep. An Apple Ipad, 12.9” Ipad Pro 14 +. It didn’t help me use MS Word anymore but I found that Google’s free wordprocessor (google docs) has given me back some basic options. But really, why this has gone all the way down to a rating of one-star is that, in its sleep, the laptop itself created a new password and forgot to mention it. I PAID ALMOST $800 for a laptop that has, frankly, wasted 20-plus hours of my time. DON’T DO THE SAME!

The screen will have our reflection which will create a problem while watch any movies or youtube.

Worst purchase ever!! A month in and I’ve had consistent issues with screen brightness function keys but working, solved using a restart each time. As of today, I get a black screen after logging in, steps included a BIOS update, unsuccessful. This was followed by a reset to keep my files and reload windows, drastic step I hope will work but I no longer trust this machine. This was not my first choice, reviews are mixed, and cost was my driving consideration. Well, price isn’t everything and I’m sorry I chose this laptop.

Everything was great, except for the fact that I was told there would be a stylus and there was not. Customer service informed me that it must’ve been some sort of promotion that is not there anymore. Aside from the fact that the HP team themselves said that it comes with one, but it doesn’t now I have to figure out which one is supposed to come with it and spend more money.
