The salesperson recommended this printer over the one I was planning to buy. I was skeptical but am happy with my purchase after 2 months of use; he was right! My needs are light printing/copying, about 20-30 copies per month, and some scanning. Text and photo prints are great, even on plain paper. Only thing to see is how good the ink usage is but I haven't had to change the original cartridges yet.

We ended up purchasing a new printer because we had an outdated printer that needed ink cartridges to be replaced. I figured it would be best to upgrade to something a little bit newer as opposed to spending the money just for the cartridges. So we chose to purchase this one and for the money it is the best value in my honest opinion. Does everything that it says that it will do and very user-friendly.

Easy to set up and connect to network. Prints, color and BW, clear. Works wel with our phones pads and computers. Cant beat price

I have been dealing with the world's worst printer (Canon PIXMA) and I decided I no longer wanted to spend $80 for ink, nor did I want to wait 6-10 minutes to print a single page from my printer. So I went into Best Buy to browse, and ended up buying this printer at the recommendation of an employee. I usually do online research and almost never take an employee's recommendation, but I figured since the printer I had was literally the worst printer on earth, I couldn't go anywhere but up. I am very happy with the purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lower-end home printer. It is quick in both printing and connecting to your device wirelessly. I can hit "print" on my laptop upstairs and by the time I walk to the basement to grab the documents, it is almost done. The quality is what I would expect from a low-end home printer, and overall I am very happy with the purchase.

First off, Austin Asher, an employee for Best Buy in a Toledo store area (missed my chance for customer satisfaction for that review), recommended HP envy and had no problems. I just wanted a printer that is compatible with my laptop and he recommended the Envy and between the convenience of the product (being wireless) and it is compatible, and like I said no issues so far; all I can give the product and the sales rep is 5*.

This printer was a snap to set up and use. I love being able to print from my phone.

This printer is very affordable and does a great job for clean professional prints.

This HP Envy is very easy to operate, quiet, and produces excellent quality printed photos, and good resolution scans. It also has a more appealing, compact and high-end appearance than comparable Epson printers that I was considering. No complaints at all.

My DIL has an earlier version of this, and I had a HP printer that ligntning had killed. My previous was one late husband picked out that was huge, and I rarely used the fax so I didn't really need that. It was easy to set up and works great with both the desktop and laptop. Love the fact that I can place it in a more convenient place.

I bought this when it was on sale, and I've had this printer for several weeks now. It was easy to set up, and it does a good job printing and scanning. Given the low price and expectations that this is a budget printer and not a high end one, I really have no complaints.

It is very easy to install and operate. Prints great whether a letter or a photo.
