I absolutely love this printer! It was easy to setup, had helpful step by step instructions and love that I can email the printer to print from anywhere I am at. Also is able to to print front and back unlike my old printer. Definitely worth it especially the auto delivery of ink, don't like I have to pay a separate membership however, I also didn't realize how much ink I actually use and it is definitely cheaper and helpful!

This was an easy printer to set up., wireless works great and prints great color and black copies

Purchased the printer as a deal of the day item and was definitely impressed by it. I previously had an HP but it was older and was not even wireless. This one is wireless, has AirPrint (very useful for Apple devices), double sided printing, touch screen, easy set up, and plenty of other features. Looks very nice and the paper goes inside, so you don't even have to see it dangling outside.

This printer is perfect. Does it all and the price is right on. Recommend this printer to everyone looking for an affordable printer that has it all. The folks at Beat Buy were right and very helpfull.

This printer does everything we need for every day printing. We already had one and decided that since we had no problems with the first one, we would get another.

Works excellent. Prints, scan copies like a pro. Unlike my other printer that was double the price, if I run out of color ink I can still print in black. I was wasting so much money on ink on the other one, this printer is a God send. I am thankful for HP for making an excellent printer that is user friendly for someone who needs it just to print documents, bills and etc. Color works great on this too.

The printer was easy to set up and printed my documents quickly. The ink is much less expensive than the HP color laser jet toner that this inkjet replaced. I use it primarily to print documents, but I also printed several copies of a picture for a report and the colors were true, though not as rich as I would like for personal photos. It works very well for home or small office use. It was on sale for $69 and after using my Elite Reward Program points, I only paid $34. A great buy!

It's very easy to use. Communicates directly with the HP ink program. The only thing I don't like is printing photos from your phone or email...it is best to print from photo gallery or other program.

I wanted a good inexpensive printer. In the past I always bought good expensive printers, that would break down or become obsolete. This printer does a good job for little money.

My previous printer was an HP Photosmart 3-in-1 which lasted a good long time. However, it was terrible to install/reinstall. Moving frequently during its lifetime, that caused me extreme anguish, since putting it on different networks and routers proved more difficult with each successive move. Finally, it just would NOT reinstall. So with much trepidation I sought out a new printer. Many of the reviews I read left me with mixed feelings in that nearly every printer received both excellent and very poor ratings for the installation process. This one was no different but I had to buy something, so I took a chance. I am so happy! This printer practically installed itself and worked correctly from the get-go. So far I have had ZERO problems with its operation or connectivity. Bonus: it was inexpensive to start with...AND it was also on sale at Best Buy...a multiple winner in my book! Hey, this printer also is able to automatically print on both sides of the paper. Awesome! But a warning to those of you out there who are way too impatient for your own good. To be a good product not everything has to be faster than greased owl...well, lightening fast. This one is not FAST but for me, it is acceptable...not slow...but acceptable. If you NEED high volume or quick action, then you have to spend way more that I spent on this printer. Regardless, this is a fine product; don't deride it for not being super slick...or Hank will pay you a little visit for an "Attitude Adjustment". Merry Christmas, all!

This was a good sale price and the printer is just what we wanted. Most items only need to be copied in black and white so we can save on the color cartridges.

I had an Epson printer before that I really liked and was hesitant to replace but this HP is so much better. First off it's compact, no paper tray sticking up in the back. The output arm retracts for storage and automatically goes out when printing. The print quality is out of this world and with HP Instant Ink, I don't have to worry about running out and it costs less than replacing ink on my own.

I bought this printer for the instant ink. I was using a lot of ink to print things for my classroom. This printer works great with regular paper and cardstock.

I bought an Epson because I thought it would do better. Not!!! Boy was I wrong. I had always used HP, I do not even no now why I switched. Needless to say I went back. HP is so easy to use, not complicated and it works every time.I love this printer. The Epson was a pain. Every time I would fix one error, it would give another then another. HP is very reliable , works Every time.
