My new printer fits perfectly in my office space, and it prints quality output quickly and easily!

So far I didn't encounter any problems yet. But to my experienced this is really easy to install!

I like this printer except for one thing, which makes me hate it! The problem I have with it is there is a huge gap between the scanner glass, and the plastic around it where you line up the sheet to scan. This is very frustrating because whenever I scan or copy something, it comes out crooked and wastes paper and $50 ink!! I can actually fit 6 sheets of HP's own MultiPurpose Paper, or even a credit card in there the gap is so big! I must have spent an hour and a half trying to explain this to the HP tech person, and he just would not understand!! I sent him a pic of 6 sheets of paper stuck under the plastic "alignment" edge all fanned out so you could count the sheets. His response was, "is that how you try to scan?"! I then sent him a pic of a credit card stuck under the alignment edge. His response was something like "go ahead and try to make a scan"! WTF, he didn't have a clue what I was talking about, even after sending him pics!! I am 57 years old and retired. I have owned many printer/scanners, and have used Many More at work. I have Never seen one with a gap between the glass, and the alignment edge, especially big enough to fit 6 sheets of paper, or a credit card!! This is a problem for me! Update 12/30/16: This has nothing to do with the printer itself, just what happens if you get a bad one. It is now 4 months old and driving me crazy! 8 more months of warranty left, but tonight I got fed up and decided to try again to contact them. This time I called, jumped thru numerous hoops in their menu that just about made me give up! Finally get a real person, and she already knew who I was, so obviously she had my #! I try to explain the problem, and once again it appears she is not getting it!! Then we get disconnected! She knows I am already frustrated, but do you think she would call me back?! So I try another route. I fill out all the contact info thinking I will be able to send an email, but all it did was give me a case #, and a number to call. I try again, and same frustrating menu and finally get someone again. BTW, I don't believe that any of the three contacts were in the US! Anyhow, I told her I got disconnected last time, and asked if she had my # to call me back if this happens again. She said yes, and she will! Guess what, get disconnected yet again, and yet gain, no call back!!! WTF?! So much for a warranty if you can’t explain it in chat, can't send an email, and can't talk to anyone on the phone that will understand before you get disconnected!!

Setup and use of this printer is easy. The printer itself is simple and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Just love this printer. Does everything I wanted it for. Quicker than my older more expensive one

I like the product other than sometimes when it randomly pauses in the middle of printing. Good quality printing other than that

I can't believe it's true!! This printer really uses less ink. Ink is reasonable too. I love this HP PRINTER.

Excellent printer.. The only draw back is the HP instant ink program. I joined the program thinking they would send me ink when I need it. The printer came with ink but after a week I received ink refills that I don't need right now.. Hopefully this will be a 1 time thing.. Overall the printer works great and have had no issue thus far..

The set-up via USB went automatic. The printouts are nice. As with any inkjet, the ink is expensive and the printers are cheap.

Affordable printer, easy to use and set up. My 10 yr old could set this one up and had no issues.

First off, with the discount Best Buy offer with HP it was awesome buying a printer for less that the price of ink. And I decided to sign up for the monthly allotment of paper with free ink, has made this a no-brainer for me. The printer was easy to set up and has been working flawlessly.

Setup was easy and really love the AirPrint capability. Prints fast as well. Highly recommended.

Worth the money. Made the mistake of not realizing that it was not a color printer; but, I was so pleased with it, I kept it!

Was not difficult to change ink cartridges. It was not hard to connect to the wifi. and print from my phone.
