I love this printer. It doesn't take up much room and love that it is wireless! It prints great and is easy to use. It was a good buy.

Easy to set up, easy to connect my computer too, love that's it's wireless, it's fast, quiet, compact....what's not to love. So far it's been great for my needs.

The HP envy works great for me. It's easy to use and the ink is affordable. It is also very quiet and love than I can send things to print from my phone, tablet etc.

This printer is the best printer I have ever purchased. Easy one button to get a really nice copy no faded colors and no getting stuck in the machine. It is fast and easy. AND printer will send me ink automatically before I run out. AWESOME PURCHASE!!

I purchased this wireless printer on sale as a much needed upgrade & I've enjoyed it ever since! Love the features (able to send a print directly to my printer w/o being near it), print Sudoku puzzles, grid sheets, etc...& it was easy to setup. I liked the HP Instant Ink trial period that was included but being I haven't used up the original ink cartridge yet & already received the second shipment (still packaged) & being billed monthly afterwards...I cancelled it. I don't use up ink that fast (only 1-2 cartridges a yr) but it's great for students & businesses!

I purchased the Envy 4520 because the reviews were good, it was at a good price point, and because the HP Instant ink program was available. (I use the instant ink program on another printer). The 4520 is a fine printer. Nothing special. It works well, the quality is good, and it is fast enough for my uses. The paper tray does not hold much paper, and it is not easy to get in and out to reload paper. There is also this annoying little piece of plastic that pops out of the front of the printer when you start printing. It is basically to hold the paper after it is printed, but it gets right in the way of the paper tray. All in all not a bad printer, but could be designed to be a little easier to use.

Several years ago I bought a wireless printer thinking I could get rid of my other printer and our two computers could access the one wireless printer that would be hooked up to my home wireless network. That did not happen the networking was impossible. Well, with this printer finally my vision has been realized. This printer was easy and relatively quick to install and it works great with my desktop, our laptop, our two tablets, and our phones!!! Heaven!!! :-) It prints fast and provides clear text. I have not printed any graphics yet so don't know about that. Prints both side of the paper easily and has generally been a pleasure to own. The one caveat is that it does not seem to do well on pictures. I have not really given it much of a try but the few pictures we have tried to print have been a bit fuzzy. It may have been poor quality pictures but I'm not sure.

Love this printer, didn't even realize it printed on both sides of the paper. Very handy and easy to set up. Uses Apple print for mac as well as iPhone and ipad. Easy to set up with disc on pc as well. Uses 1 black and 1 color cartridge not 3 separate color cartridges.

I've been wanting a wireless printer for awhile and when I saw this one on sale for a great price I decided to get it. Since the reviews were all good that was a plus too. Setup was pretty easy and the printing is nice. Haven't had it long enough yet so I am only giving it 4 stars. Will see how it does in the long term.

I bought the Envy 4520 while it was on sale during Black Friday 2018. It was definitely an impulse purchase, so I didn't take the time to research it very thoroughly. However, after setting it up and using it for just over a month, I'm blown away at the quality of the hardware, software and features this offers! The wireless printing was the biggest selling point for me and configuration is super easy, even if you aren't a hardcore techy like me. I originally planned to connect this to my laptop using a USB cable, but the wireless printing and scanning is so easy and powerful, I've since changed my mind and will just be using this exclusively as a wireless device. Every day I use it, the first thought that comes to mind is "what a great purchase!" as I marvel at the cool stuff this can do, but my $300 Brother Laser printer is unable to do (to be fair, my Brother *is* 5+ years old, so it was released just when wireless printing was becoming ubiquitous). In terms of features and quality, I highly recommend this to anyone who isn't doing a ton of printing (please note the 100-400 pages/month recommendation) and needs a modestly sized all-in-one for printing and scanning. The one aspect of the printer I haven't yet had to use is the Instant Ink feature. I've done some reading on it, and there are some definitely customer satisfaction issues with HP's program, but I always withhold personal judgment until I can evaluate it for myself. Once I've had an opportunity to buy my first 2 ink cartridges, I'll see if I can update this review and offer my thoughts.

I was looking for a wireless all-in-one for my 80 year old mother so she could print from her iPad. This HP has been exactly what she needed. Easy to set up and simple for her to operate plus she can make copies whenever she needs them. I would recommend to anyone.

I was able to set up this printer with no outside help. I was very proud of myself. I can now quickly print from my phone or IPad with no problems! Also have copied documents and have been very pleased.

This has been a great printer for the money. It was easy to set up and has printed quality papers and pictures. The only thing I really don't care for is the "arm" that slides out to catch the printed papers. I'm so afraid I'm going to hit it and it's going to break off. Other than that. it's worth the money.

I purchased an Epson printer a year earlier with all the bells and whistles on it. It had started giving me problems the first day. This HP envy printer was reasonably priced, operates wirelessly and does what it is supposed to do. Love it.

This was a replacement printer for a previous HP Envy. Very easy to set up. The first most noticeable thing was the print quality of the black ink with deep true black and not a dark grey. I have not tried to print anything significant in color yet but hopefully I wont be disappointed.

I have two envy printers now. I like using the HP ink program for ease and cost savings on cartridges. This newer envy was a breeze to set up and does a quality print job. I recommend for home and office applications as I’m using for both.

We needed to replace an old printer after my wife started using her Chromebook for work. We tried to use cloud printing with mixed results. The HP Envy 4520 was an affordable option with good reviews, and Best Buy's price matching made it an even better deal. Set up was very easy and were able to print from any device in the house. Printing from our phones works well with the free app and is one of the highlights. The scanner works well (with the relatively small amount of scanning we've done). My only criticism is that after not having used the printer for extended periods of time, (e.g. a week or more,) sometimes the print is uneven along the edge, at the start of the print are. I considered subtracting a star from the rating, but it really wasn't enough of an issue to outweigh the positives.

I had gone to Best Buy to buy a cheap printer fast because I had about an hour to print and send an important paper. When I got to Best Buy I was between a Brother and a Cannon printer. One of the employees asked me if I had any questions and I was like not really and he was like if u are looking for a good printer check of the HP Envy 4520. I told him that I just wanted something cheap and he was like for a couple more dollars you will get way better quality. He also explained some benefits of HP which was what convinced me to buy it. Now, I love my HP Envy. It's fast and easy to use. I love the fact that I don't have to go and buy ink since HP will mail me one when I need it. The price for this service is not too expensive but I would have liked it to be a little cheaper, always looking to save some bucks. I recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a small/medium printer. I've had 3 different printers and this by far has been the best.

I love my printer ,it was the best buy for me.I have used printer several time I have some one else use it to make copy and said they sure like my printer.As far as I can see this has been best one I have had! I would recommend it to all of my friends.

I had been looking for a new printer for a while before Christmas. Found this one HP ENVY 4520 on Amazon first. Saw that it was available through Best Buy with local store pick up option. Saved on shipping. Had a Best Buy rewards credit so was able to save even more. This is a great all-in-one wireless printer that perfectly meets my own printing needs. Ink cartridges are long lasting, very cost effective compared to other brands and types of cartridges. No pesky alignment pages with every print project to waste my ink. Love this printer, would definitely purchase again if necessary and would recommend to others like me with basic print needs.
