This was a replacement printer for an HP. Printer. The previous one was a total disappointment from the very get-go; however, this has been a dream. It is easy to use. The printer copies are crisp and clear, even the colored copies. The features of being wireless and able to print directly from a phone or an iPad without putting a card in or using a cord is one of the main reasons we purchased this printer. Yet, it is nice to know that we can still use the card or a cord directly connected to the printer if need be. All in all this printer exceeded my expectations.

I went with this printer because of some positive reviews I read as well as the recommendation of the Best Buy rep at the store. The price was less than what I was looking to spend too. The print quality has been good so far. The biggest positive has been how easily it connected to our home network so everyone can print to it.

The hp e-series is a awesome printer. The set up was simple, I put the disk in and it basically set everthing up on its own it found the network and everthing. It is easy to navigate and use. The print quality is great.

I bought this system because I needed to be able to fax documents from home. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The printer is quite and easy to use. Graphics are clear and ink does not smudge. Fax easy to use. Have not tried the scanner yet!

Great home use machine for the money! My main concerns were: Make a nice copy, double sided when necessary, auto feed of several pages when needed, and print a very nice photo. Does it all, plus fax and scan in an economical, easy to use, compact unit!

Easy setup. Was able to use my cell phone to set up. I haven't used the fax, but I've scanned, copied and printed. I plan t try out the remote print feature at some point, and I've printed from my cell. My previous Hp 309c was a bit of a disappointment, but so far this one has been great,I really like the instant ink option.

Very nice printer for the price. Print, scan, copy quickly. Connect with wifi for ease of use with mobile phone make it very convenient to print from email. Prints photos with variable size selection of photo paper and produces a very sharp image. Easy setup with instruction makes it simple to get started quickly.

One fault for those with limited wifi connections is that the printer and the computer are yakking back and forth constantly, even when you are not printing. By my calculations a gig a day for nothing. Better with a usb connection. Other than that it is fast, simple and convenient because of the multiple paper trays.

Printer was fairly easy to set up to desktop computer, did take me awhile as I am not electronic minded. Set up very easy to laptop did not require any adjustments. Printing is easy and fast. Photos printing is also easy and prints are of good quality.

Good printer wi=orks well wireless with all devices in house and guests. Paper supply is small for our use but probably ok We don't use photo features much so the double tray in the way. Watched the price on these drop quickly over last several months and was a replacement upgrade for our previous HP that failed in 4 months

Was easy to set up and the operating directions on the printer are easy to understand. The ink does not smudge and the HP ink program is a great plus. The Pictures are very clear on photo paper and even when printed on plain paper. The machine is a little noisy. Not offensive. I would definitely recommend it to a friend

Bought this printer and I love it. It was easy to install and once it was set up it was easy to use. Although I've only used it to print and make copies. I still have yet to scan and fax? But I previously owned an HP printer and that lasted me for about 10 years so I'm hoping this printer will be just as good quality.

This is my first printer that will allow me to print from my iphone, I LOVE IT!!! It was so easy to set up and is super simple to use! I would recomend this printer to any one needing to print from a smart phone or a tablet. The color looks great and its not a slow printer. I am very pleased with this purchase :)

This has been a good printer thus far (2 months), and the print quality is excellent, and only had one paper jam on the feeder. The reasons for knocking off a star are the relatively difficult wireless setup and the HP ink program - which is shamelessly hawked ad-nauseum. Again and again one has to refuse to join the automatic ink re-supply program if you do not want it (if you print a bunch, it's actually a good deal - but I don't). The setup (wireless printing) was "easy" overall, but had ambiguous instructions for some steps - leading to errors. Also, have not been able to get another device (laptop) to print on it yet. I think in HP's quest to make it "easy", simple steps are omitted that could clarify what's going on. Thus, if your setup did not go perfectly, then you just go in circles as there is no way to change any parameters. Note this is an issue with HP's printer-supporting website, not with the printer. To be fair, HP is not alone in this - all the tech companies try to dumb everything down to "one step installs" and the like; great when it works...a nightmare when it doesn't.
