It took me a while to set up this printer, possibly because I'm not very technical, but once it was done, after downloading the user manual on line, it is great. I love it. Quite quiet. I do recommend joining the instant ink program --saves a lot of $$ as well as not having to go out to purchase more if you run dry. I don't use the fax feature because I don't need it.

I love my HP ENVY photo printer. I have had it for almost 2 years and have never had any issues with it.

I love this printer. It connects very quickly wirelessly and prints almost instantly. With my last printer, I had to sit and wait for it to print. The prints are great!

I decided to change out from the normally suggested Epson because I seemed to always be cleaning heads for readable black print. I like the quality. I like not having 4-5 different color cartridges to 'balance' since only one color and one black cartridge are needed. Only concern is the paper tray is hard to get to and after loading sometimes paper isn't recognized and copier gives an erroneous 'out of paper' message. All in all, I'm happy so far.

My father has had a couple ENVYs over the past decade. He is jealous to see all of the upgrades that have been made to the printer. It works very well & reliably. I can print from any computer in the house, and my phone. I have not used it to print photos, but all of the documents that I have been print have turned out to be very clear. No matter the font used.

Delivered everything and more including 2 sided printing. Photos look professionally done, and the wireless setup is super easy. We’ve printed from 10 different devices across iPhones, iPads, laptops, and computers. As a bonus, we enjoy the super sleek design and simple black color. Looks really nice on the office bookshelf in our industrial motif vs gray or white boxy printer. Low profile makes it fit easy on the shelf with room to open.

Great printer for an affordable price. Great quality pictures with their hp glossy photos as well.

So far I really like this printer. Probably one of the better ones I bought and one of the more expensive but worth it. The scanning feature is one of the best features I like. I had a 20 page document to scan in and loaded it on the too feeder and it did everything automatically. The photos print great. Not sure if its as good as a photo printer but the prints look very clear and colorful. Copier and fax work perfectly.

I wasn’t even looking for a printer. I had a seven year old LexMarks that needed ink. So I went out shopping. To my surprise no one carried it anymore. And the cost was crazy. So as I turned to leave this HP printer caught my eye. The young customer service guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the printer. He was in fact so helpful I brought the HP printer. It has everything I needed. Photo tray, touch screen, excellent color and fast printing. Very easy setup as well. Thank you C

I'm very happy with this printer. I use it to print out images I use in artwork and it does that just fine. The colors in the copies are true to the original. I like the size of the printer & it's fine that it just prints 8 1/2x11 copies. (We have another HP printer for 11x17" copies). The control panel is easy to use.

This is the BEST printer I have EVER owned! It’s so easy to set up and super easy to use. The color printing comes out fabulous and printing photos is phenomenal! The photographs come out clear and the colors are vibrant! I highly recommend this printer for anyone looking for a reliable easy to use printer that works GREAT!!!!!

This is my second purchase of this printer. I keep one at my mother’s house to use for her affairs, and I bought this one for my house, It is very easy to set up, and prints quickly. I love the double-sided print feature, and that I can scan and email the scan directly from the printer. I use e-fax, and this printer works very well with that service.

Returned my Epson after extended struggle to get it to print without blurry bands of text. I thought I would miss the Epson but I don't. This HP was so easy to set up and there's even an app that walked me through set up. I really like this printer - print quality is excellent; feeder works well; it's quiet. The only issue I have is with a message that says the printer is out of paper and it's not. Despite the message, the printer continues printing.

Works perfectly after downloading the app. Scanning is simple, which is important to my business as I have signature documents that need to be sent to customers. You do need to set the quality to get a crisp image, but when you do, the image is in color and perfect. Ink is expensive, as with all printers, but print quality is expensive for the small amount of printing I do.

HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer was easy to set up with multiple laptop computers and IPhone 7 Plus mobile phone application. Setup ink supplies from HP at 100 copies per month. Photo quality is excellent. When ink supply was low was unable to print from laptop and had message “ out of paper “ when plenty of paper was loaded in bin. Put new print cartridges and “out of paper” message cleared and made printer available again. Message caused confusion.

This printr is so quiet u cant even hear it printing. Great quality and easy to use.

Faster and quieter than the last version they made. Plus the price is cheaper than the last one as well.

Bought this to replace a previous HP printer that stopped working. This was pretty easy to setup and I was able to use the same iOS app to do scanning, which is nice. The computer software is much better than the software for my previous device, which certain features stopped working on my Macs after OS updates. Scanning is much better than my last device and nice that it connects to 5Ghz wireless, since many devices occupy the 2.4Ghz band.

This printer is a 3-in-1...prints papers, pictures and scans! Awesome printing quality in both paper work and pictures and the fact that it is connected to the HP system to see when you are running low on ink is amazing I get my ink shipped to me when it detects I’m running low! Up to date in technology me and the whole family is connected so we can print right off our phones. Simply the best printer I’ve had yet!
