Don’t buy! Already have issues with printing. Getting spooling error message. I have not had this printer for six months.

Picked this up during a BF sale as I needed to replace my older HP which was dying a slow death and I’m glad I did. This new printer is compact and yet still handles printing, copying, scanning and faxing. It’s easy to use and can be setup on your home’s WiFi network so that anyone in the house can print to it via e-print, or access it from their own computer. If you’re in the market for a new printer, take a look at this one. You won’t be disappointed.

This printer, is amazing. It can scan/copy/print via Wired/Wireless/Bluetooth connection all at once. You can print from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop with ease. I have it setup that it is running all 3 connections at once (Simple setup). My desktop is wired to the printer, my laptops can connect wireless and detect it by our WiFi, and our cell phones and tablets can print by bluetooth. And at the top is a document feeder, in case you either want to make copies of several pages or make a scan with ease. You can see use the scanner below the feeder by lifting that up, and placing a document on a glass, but for multiple pages, the document feeder is great! The only slight downside is you have to make an HP account to use the scanning features and such and you need to use the HP Smart App. But once you do that, everything is smooth sailing from there. When Scanning, using HP Smart, it has Scan editing capabilities like rotating, changing the DPI, cropping etc, and the HP Smart App is free, and I use it on my Windows 11 & 10 PCs. Very versatile printer, highly recommended.

I was looking for a printer with all in one functions that produced a good quality photo print that was also wireless and this printer lives up to all those requirements, plus it is reasonably priced. East to install and operate takes up minimal space in my office. It's a great product and a good buy.

I used this printer to help make a prop for my daughters ice skating show. It worked great. It prints images very fast. I also printed up a recipe for smoking beef tenderloin and selected the print on both sides option to save paper, and it also printed very past. The "air print" or "direct print" works good too, but I wish there were more options available. It's basically just print and hope it come out right. Now a days, most printers are very close to the same when it comes to quality and speed. I try to select my printers based on current selling price, and how much the replacement ink cartridges cost. This printer being so new, there's no telling what the actual selling price will be, but the MSRP is $199, and no current price on the ink cartridges (HP 64), which are small, and you have just two. One for black, and one for cyan, yellow, magenta. I don't usually like the all in one color cartridge. My wife has school starting back up soon, so we will soon find out how much ink costs, and whether or not it's worth replacing the the ink, or getting a new printer.

I was very impressed how easy it was to setup. I never had a wireless printer before and was very reluctant. I have used my phone, PC and tablet it printed perfectly. I sent a photo from my phone and it printed beautifully. The color's were brite and clear. I'm very happy with the results.

I needed a new printer after 9 years of using my HP 6500 series finally going out. I bought the HP-Envy 7855 printer after reading the reviews. It is a simple printer to use and easy to install. Don't count on an in depth step by step installation guide because it's not included. A simplified installation card is included, and the rest is basically common sense to install. The touch screen panel is small on the front of the printer. Very small letters and numbers when having to put in the wifi password. The printing is excellent and the printer doesn't take up much space. It is not noisy when printing.

Prints great pictures and it is easy to use. I like to the idea of printing from my phone and it has worked so far. The great thing is any device connected to my network can print and that is what I was wanting. I have only used it a few times and will update if it gives me trouble.

This printer was relatively easy to set up, and works wireless operation with two different laptop computers seamlessly. The quality of prints exceed our expectations, even in draft mode. The photo quality is superb in photo-print mode, using the special HP photo paper. It's intuitive in operation, and the Instant Ink option is just the handiest, money-saving option. Scanning is a snap too!

The setup was quick and easy. Photo printing is crisp and sharp. Document printing is very good. I had a bit of trouble with a tray but it was it was corrected. Of course it can print by wireless connection. It also uses the newer ink cartridges that are as good as the old ones at only about half the price. The printer is reasonably priced too.

Returned to HP Photo printers about 2 months ago. Better overall quality. Great price, wireless, power saving mode great, easy maintenance, easy install, easy to use, scan and copy great, quality photo printer with good features, reasonable ink jet price and I enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program two months ago which is convenient. No complaints.

I dreaded the thought of having to get a new printer. Setting up a wireless connection between the printer and the desktop computer and my cell phone was not something I looked forward to. Going through a long menu asking questions that I had no idea of where to get the answer, but I had to had to have a new printer. After an excruciating search of printers I decided on this one. It came in two days and after four days I worked up courage to open the box. After turning it on the installation went surprisingly fast. The printer knew the answer to the question before I was finished reading the question. Bingo the desktop and my iPhone recognized the printer and has been printing flawlessly ever since. It has a photo paper tray and I printed my first 5X7 photo today. I couldn’t be happier, HP has come a long way in the past 5 years.

This is the perfect printer for us! It was so easy to install on all of our devices allowing us to print from all of our devices in color, plus scan, fax, and copy documents and pictures. It is a lot of power in a small package at a great price! And it comes with great Best Buy Service.

I've only had this printer a couple of weeks, but love it so far. Pros: It was very easy to set-up, even for someone like me who has to fumble around with the computer. The documents it prints are clean and crisp. The copies are sharp. This printer comes with two full ink cartridges. I was happy they didn't send the usual starter cartridges that only get you through a few sheets of paper. Cons: Figuring out the paper trays were a challenge. With no paper instructions included with the printer, and trying to watch the little videos on the 2x2 inch screen, it wasn't easy. Also, sometimes you have to press the icons on the screen 3 or 4 times before they respond. Overall, a good printer at a good price.

Love this printer, copier and scanner. Print quality is excellent. I've scanned many old family photos using a high resolution option. Thus is an easy to use hight quality printer.

Quite easy to set up. Price is reasonable. Quality of output is excellent. Having it print without any wires is great. The only way it could have been better is if someone bought it for me (which Best Buy did through the point program.)

I love this printer. I had an Epson printer that was to confusing to use and I always had problems connecting it to my Wi-Fi. The HP-Envy was so so easy to set up and I have not had any problems with it so far. This printer can do everything that my previous printer did but with more user friendly functionality. The colors from the pictures I print are very accurate. I highly recommend it to anyone

So far I am enjoying. Very easy to set up basic preferences. I am still getting to know the printer so I haven't mastered everything. Scanning documents was one of my problems with old printer. I had to raise lid, insert document, one page at a time. Took forever! You get it right? I now place documents on top feeder and push scan. Wonderful! I have not been able to set printer to copy and scan 2 sided documents. Right now that is my only complaint. However, I did read somewhere that this printer will do 2 sided. I just can't remember where I read that. If anyone out there can assist me with that issue I would appreciate. The printer isn't fast as lighting but on the other side its not slow as a turtle. It is faster than my last printer so I'm satisfied with the speed.

I bought this item in Dec. 2020. enough time has gone by and usage as well. This printer has easy set up! The online service was excellent. (downloading essential files). Once installations were completed I was off and printing. From my PC, my Chromebook, my laptop and our phones! Connecting to my home wifi network was so easy and fast I thought I messed up. I scanned a couple of pages for testing sake. Prints come out as planned with colors too! I did not fax and I did not send scanned files to my PC. Maybe later? I am satisfied for my uses. Oh I forgot. This printer function is quiet and not clunky as a previous HP model I still have.
