This is my 3rd HP Envy All-In-One. Easy to set up and print quality is excellent. If you have photos to print, you will be very pleased with the quality! I love being able to print from my phone. As in previous experience with Best Buy, the sales associate was very helpful.

It works great aside from thing, the black ink it suddenly stopped printing clearly. The color ink is perfect, and the photo printing is excellent! The detail looks professional. On top of a great printer, I now have a copier, scanner and a fax. And I don't need a landslide to fax either, I can do it with my cell. Love this!!!

Printer requires monthly HP subscription in order to print pages. Does not mention that in the description, but I love my printer. And only use HP photo paper, anything else will jam.

We purchased this printer to replace an older HP Photosmart printer that had failed after several years of use. Based on the in store salesperson's recommendation, we chose this model. We mainly use it for copying and scanning documents and photos into the computer. But we also now use it for printing photos as well, and wanted those to be high quality. Although still new, we have noticed it is quieter than the old printer and somewhat faster to print. So far, we have not used the document feeder, just the glass for a page or two. It was easy to install and link up with the computer using my router. it prints and scans very high quality documents. So far, we haven't printed off our camera card so cannot verify the speed or quality of that. We like that upon printing, the document feed deploys out of the paper storage to keep copies from spilling on to the floor. We don't know yet how much ink it uses in normal printing. I was a bit concerned that all 3 colors are in one tank, so if 1 is low, you have to quit printing or print in black. It seems to be a high quality device at a fair price.

Printer is true to what it advertises. I wasn't expecting much from its photo printing but I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. It was easy to set up and use. And it doesn't make a very loud noise when printing. But it uses up a lot of ink pretty quickly and the ink cartridge is a little expensive.

Literally the best printer we've ever bought! Combined with the HP ink program, it's a no-brainer. Great photos and copies. Super easy to use. Would recommend to anyone

Needed a printer for home use. This printer was the right pick for us. It was easy to install, print is good for this size printer, it is compact and looks good in our home office area. I would recommend this printer. I haven't printed any photos yet so can't comment on that feature, but I don't think I will be disappointed there either.

Out of all the printers I have owned, this one works very smooth. It has not given me any printing or connectivity problems. I would purchase this all over again amd the printing quality is super nice.

I bought this model to replace our 10 year HP All in One Printer 8660. This is half the weight, smaller and overall easier to use. I'm not a professional photographer but do take lots of photos and the ones I have printed out look great to me.

We got this mainly for photo and detail graphics. The quality is good, when you can get everything set appropriately. That is not always easy. Setting interface could be a bit more user friendly. Biggest issue we keep having is the printer saying it is out of paper when it is not.

Awesome printer . I really needed a printer that did everything and this one does . It’s so easy to set up , print quality is amazing and you can print conveniently from your phone or pc . It also doesn’t take up a lot of space .

The printer makes nice fast prints and photos. My only complaint is that it does take a while to connect by wifi. The HP printer prior to this one was able to connect by both cable and wifi, and when using wifi, the connection was fast. With this one, we have to wait for the printer to eventually connect so don't wait until the last minute to print something before you head out of the door.

In search of a new printer. Nothing better than HP brand. Print/copy quality is great. This printer will scan and fax (haven't had a need for this function). Easy to use. Always using HP brand ink. Thanks HP for providing a great product and Best Buy for being my one stop shop for electronic items.

The printer, while a little expensive, is great. Copies, scans, prints, and even handles printing pictures. I have tested it all and it works great. Even better, the setup was simple; however, it will prompt you to download the app to set it up, which is great if you will do mobile printing, otherwise you can set it up manually which is not hard but a bit more difficult than using the app (still, someone with basic understanding of technology should have no trouble). The printer is slightly larger than I anticipated from the photos. I had to purchase it without seeing it in person. Overall a very good printer, one I hope to use for years to come.

Printer was fairly easy to set up. First time doing it on my own due to the Covid-19. With the Geek Squad not available I was not so sure I would get it accomplished. I like the quality and the price of the printer. I've only owned the printer since May 6, 2020 am so glad I purchased it.

I bought this printer because I needed to compact my home office area. I use it mainly to print photos for my genealogy books. I love that I can print when I'm away from the house using the app. I just select the picture or document I want to print and it prints to my printer. So inexpensive a printer with great features and results.

I love HP printers for their ease of set-up and use. But, this one particularly was easy to set-up and extremely easy to use, I never lose connectivity with it as a wireless printer, and believe me, I have had this issue in the past with prior wireless printers. Would definitely recommend! Also, great quality printing.

We purchased a couple other HP models before this one that had issues with set up or overall size. This model fit the bill as it was on sale, of a medium size and easy to set up on our network. We were printing within minutes. The quality is excellent for our needs. Requires only two ink cartridges, one black and another of colors.

I tried a number of printers and find this one prints the best pictures along with all our small business needs. The picture setup is intuitively easy to use. It's better looking than our bulky old printer too. We also like that it makes sure we are never caught short on ink and saves money at the same time. All by it's self.

So far, I really like this printer. It's fairly quiet, doesn't take up a lot of space, prints sheets quickly and I love that it has a touch screen. Time will tell how the ink usage fairs especially since I do not use the printer frequently, but so far so good!
