easy to use, prints pictures from my phone. like the idea of ink monthly fro HP, compact takes up little space. great for copying multiple pages, would have preferred to have cover for the copier to be included with the purchase

This printer was a breeze to set up! I was so relieved. Some of the reviews sounded intimidating. It wasn't. At all. We're talking simple! Another plus is that the paper tray is completely enclosed so it keeps dust out. My last printer failed after being open to dust(I think. I mean, it took several years, but still.) (It quit grabbing paper, and I couldn't get at the feeder wheels to clean them.) anyway...love that this one won't have that issue. The few things I've printed so far are nice and crisp. Scanner works great too.

I love the print quality and the wireless action. I was a little disappointed that it told me that I could connect it to Windows Vista which is what my old laptop had...it would not connect. I needed a new laptop so I purchased one, but probably wouldn't have if this printer had connected to my old laptop that otherwise still works great. I was a bit miffed, but quickly adjusted when I bought a new laptop. It sometimes decides that it doesn't want to print, but I'm getting the hang of it. It was a little aggravating setting it up, but I've got it working fine, now. Would I buy it again? Absolutely! It's HP and it ultimately performs with the greatness that I expected.

We’re very pleased with the print quality and how user friendly this printer is, but are not as pleased with the noise it makes when queuing up. This is our second printer because the first one stopped connecting to our devices. The replacement that they sent to us was a refurbished machine (which we didn’t appreciate) and made an ugly noise when queuing up. It sounds as if the mechanisms to get everything ready to print are not always meshing together properly. When we called HP about it, they told us the sound was normal, even though our first one didn’t make that noise. We just decided to roll with it as long as it continues working well.

When I set out to buy a new printer, I had my mind set on another brand that I used before & liked. The HP Rep happened to be at Best Buy that day & showed me how easy it was to use & what a great deal it was to use their ink program. She printed a photo & the quality of the print was great. I was hoping I didn't make a mistake, but went ahead & bought it. I'm glad I did! It was easy to connect to all my devices & easy to figure out how to use. The only problem I've had was printing out a 5x7 photo from my phone. The layout is off for some reason. I haven't had time to call Customer Support to figure out the problem yet, & walk me through fixing it. Overall it's a nice All-in-One Printer! ( I haven't used the fax yet.)

I bought this printer for home use and I need a scan for multi pages and that faxes and does photos. This product does it all. It was easy to set up and the printer itself has the menu to tell you what to do next. I am very happy so far.

It was easy to set up. I really like printing from my phone as well as laptop. It works great. HP is always my go to for a home printer. I’ve tried others but nothing compares to an HP. Very happy with my purchase!

This printer has worked great for me. I use it to print photos, marketing material (small business) and for school assignments.

After reading lots of reviews of different printers as well as those for the HP Envy 7855 I decided to purchase it. It was very easy to instal, probably because I only buy HP printers and had the HP PrintSmartapp already installed on my laptop and iPhone. I like that it’s an AirPrinter as I print a lot from from phone. It prints very fast, in good quality and the photo colors are great so far. I didn’t opt for the Instant Ink as yet but am still considering it. I have to assess how long the cartridges will last so I can decide whether it’s more cost effective and convenient to pay a monthly fee. This printer has lived up to my expectations thus far. My previous HP 7510 printer lasted 7 years so I’m hoping this will do the same!

This printer is a workhorse. It does it all—faxes, scans, copies, and prints. Very easy to set up and to use. You couldn’t make a better choice for multi-tasking. The sole drawback is it does tend to use ink quickly.

What I liked about this printer was only 2 ink cartridges needed not 4 or 7 , and the instructions its almost figure as you go not alot given , and its not quiet but prints pretty fast and I like the separate photo tray but make sure you go thru pic printer settings and it pulls photo paper from photo tray , took me a trial and error for a bit of it printing on plain paper all my pics ,, but finally found the other settings to get it to pull from photo tray , pretty happy with it now that ive figured out the details , so far so good and buy the 64xl ink the plain 64 ink doesn't print alot

Excellent printer. Good quality. Easy to use. I love the HP eprint feature for sending and receiving faxes by email. Also the HP Instant Ink feature so you get the ink you need delivered to your doorstep as the printer is being monitored on-line for remaining ink. Would buy again. But be sure to get the extended warranty. Last one I had lasted three years and was replaced no charge. Same thing happened to the one before that. No charge.

I have used this for a few months now. it works well and using HP ink it does an excellent job. I would recommend it highly

We like the right size of it, so far the quality is very good, it is also extremely easy to use as a copier as we did not have that option with our old printer. It is now one month old.

This is a great printer. Great price and high quality. I have been using it for 2 years and it still works like brand new. It prints beautiful pictures that I have framed around my house. Some of my favorite features are the document scanner (allows you to feed multiple pages at a time to scan), the touchscreen display (very user-friendly and colorful), and the HP smart app. I like how I can easily print photos from any device (my phone, computer, tablet). It connects to devices seamlessly. I am happy with this purchase even two years later! Highly recommend.

After 3 years of Canon printers, we returned to an HP. I love how easy it was to set up and connect to all my pre-existing devices. In contrast with the Canon, it was easy to connect it to my home network and hook up to each computer. It prints clearly in black and white. I haven't had the opportunity to test its ability to print photos, but if it's as good as the black and white, I'm sure it will work as well as the other HP printers I've had. My only complaint is that when I rebooted my internet connection, the printer didn't reconnect with the internet without me having to reboot the printer as well. Now that I know, though, there isn't a problem. I would definitely recommend this printer.
