I have been using my HP Envy for about a month now I have no complaints. It has totally met all expectations. I connect it to the hotspot on my Verizon phone and use Office 365 which autosaves my work in Word to OneDrive. The battery lasts an acceptable amount of time. The screen is great and I love that its also a touch-screen. I'm a little disappointed there's no DVD/CD rom, but the lack of that made the laptop more affordable and lighter to carry.

I got this laptop for schoolwork and productivity. I wanted something that can run programming and design softwares smoothly. This has everything I need from a powerful processor, to a flexible yet clear display. The battery life lasts a very long time too, depending on what you're doing. It can also reach maximum charge in about 40 minutes, perhaps less. With this laptop, you can do just about anything!

This laptop has a solid build quality . Good materials , and offers solid performance per dollar . The combo of the ryzen 5 quad core and a solid state drive produces great day to day performance, battery life is solid , and the display has overall good colors and brightness.
Only real cons to speak of is the speakers aren't great. But given the size of the machine that's to be expected as most laptops suffer in this area.

Very happy with this HP Envy 360 15.6” laptop. It’s super speedy powering up, screen is bright and build quality is very sturdy. Love the backlit keyboard for typing in a dark space. Battery life is also very good. The only con for me has been the fingerprint reader. The laptop can never seem to recognize my fingerprint but I just use the PIN instead.

It took me a week or a little longer to pick out a laptop for college. I am not one bit disappointed with this laptop. It has exceeded all expectations. The size of the laptop, and the size of the screen, is perfect for me. The keys are lighted and the battery holds up pretty well. Also, having multiple tabs open does not make it slow, which is great!! I am beyond satisfied!!!

I purchased this laptop on Black Friday and got a great deal. I never once owned a 2 n 1 laptop , so it’s very cool to be able to flip into pad style . It’s pretty fast for me , not a fan of how huge the touch pad is because it keep pressing stuff but other than that it’s cool . The back lit keyboard is nice , 2-3 different light tones.

I needed a laptop ASAP and my last 3 prior to this one had been HP's and I loved the 360 design, so I went for it. I am actually typing this review on it. I like the laptop a lot and for the longest (2 years) it was my fav... til I bought my new one.
All in all, this is a great laptop. Nothing bad to say about it.

It’s perfect for zoom calls, multitasking and even for casual gamers (Minecraft, Fall Guys, DS Emulators, even dolphin works just fine!) It does tend to get hot after a while but that is expected considering it’s a 2-In-1 laptop... the fan does get loud after a while but it hasn’t gotten to the point where it’s bugged me. Overall it’s perfect and I love it so much!

Beautiful laptop and has everything you need, and then some. I HAD to buy a newer laptop bc my older one was no longer up to date and could no longer be updated. Researched for a lil bit and decided on one. Once I went to pick it up the "originaI" selected one, I realized that it was on the lower spectrum of laptops due to it's fewer applications, sml amnt of memory (that could not be upgraded) and it's overall ratings. Though I liked the price, it's true when they say u get what u pay for. I sought the advisory of one of BB techys, as I am not, and we narrowed it dwn to about 3. Then did pros and cons on each. Well, this one out weighed the cons and I love the ability to use it as a laptop or tablet with both allowing you to use the touchscreen feature. Also, the color is cool and its thin and lightweight. Another good thing to mention is that the salesman did not try to get me to buy something more expensive or something I truly did not need. It was an easy purchase and I'm completely satisfied with the laptop and Best Buy!!

Excellent laptop with all the features that I was looking for. It has quick response time and an awesome touch screen. The lit keyboard is an great to have. especially for a laptop in this price range. It can run a decent amount of games on medium settings, with no FPS drops. I am really satisfied with my purchase. Good laptop if you don't want to break the bank.

Nice build. Versatile. Display and speakers decent for price. Excellent performance. Snappy and plays Fortnite well with the integrated graphics. Keep disconnecting from wifi every 5 minutes, but can't pin point it to the laptop yet. As soon as I complete troubleshooting, and can ascertain it is not the laptop, will give it a 5. Paid $630.

It is a nice computer. No complaints or regrets. It got faster after the updates were ran. Long battery life. A lot of nice features. Not too heavy. This was bought to replace my 12 year old HP Pavilion, not as an "emergency purchase". The transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 has been smooth. I use it for running our business. It handles the graphic design aspect and printing labels for more than 1000 products, accounting, invoicing, ordering, online listings, communications, research, running the network, and any other tasks that fall into my lap. Hopefully I can use the security cameras with it too. The tablet mode is great for inventory and pulling orders. Touch screen is fun, unless I am trying to point at something. I love the backlit keyboard. I have three printers hooked up. I can easily have a dozen tabs open while researching or 6 RAM hog programs open while getting orders ready without any lag. McAfee had to go... Not a fan of that one. I am very disappointed about not having an optical drive. Apparently I really do need three USB ports, this one only has two. I wouldn't use the camera for product pictures. Not very upgradeable since everything is on-board. Hopefully this will prove to be an investment, not an expense.

Am very happy with my new computer. It is by far one of the better keyboards I've used (and I started typing sixty years ago on a manual typewriter. I'm getting used to Windows 10 after having used Windows 7 for over 10 years. I use my computer for e-mails, documents, mailings, but not for games other than Solitaire, etc. It's a nice computer for a reasonable investment.

It me two years to finally pull the trigger, but I'm happy with my new HP laptop. It is so much faster than my old one, mainly due to the SSD storage. I forget most of the time that it has a touch screen but will hopefully get used to that upgrade before long. I like having a backlit keyboard and also like that I can turn the brightness down or turn it completely off if I'm watching a video.
I didn't pay attention to how many USB ports this laptop had and was surprised there are only two. I was used to three and miss having the third one.
My only complaint is there is no indicator light on the num lock button. There is no way to tell if it's on or not until I try to enter a number and the screen starts scrolling instead. It seems minor, but it's really annoying and I can't understand why something so obvious and basic is missing. There are indicator lights on the power and camera buttons nearby, just not on the num lock.
Other than that I'm really happy with my choice. I had a terrific sales clerk who listened to what I was looking for and showed me several other options, but this one had all the features I was looking for. It was out of stock but it was delivered to my house in about a week.

I have only had this laptop a short while but its speed and easy of used is excellent. With starting back to school I am finding the ability to turn it into a table the best feature right now. only down side i have noticed so far is is the mouse aspect of the laptop and can be a little sensitive and move the cursor.

I've have this laptop for a little over two years now and it's still holding up great. I'm able to play first person shooter games, do homework while having multiple tabs open and have no issues. The storage isn't enough for me, but that's nothing an external hard drive couldn't fix.

We got the $100.00 off for students deal. Out the door about $650.
The processor is six cores, six threads. We bought RAM and an SSD to double everything because her old laptop has 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD. That was an extra $120.00 or so.
The Envy X360 is a nice machine. It's quiet and stays cool.
The screen is a bit dim, but the color reproduction is the best I've seen in a laptop. It rivals our LG OLED TV.
The convertible feature is one I think she'll ultimately love. She had docked her old laptop to a drawing tablet style Huion monitor. She is doing that with this one as well, but this tablet supports touch pens, so we have ordered an HP Tilt Pen.
I'll try to update the review after she receives it and gets a chance to draw with it.
I highly recommend you run the MS Windows 10 boot flash creator, setup a flash drive and do a from scratch install to eliminate the bloatware. Everything is much faster that way.
Mechanically the laptop is good quality. Opening it to do the upgrades is difficult. Closing it up again is also difficult.
All in all we are happy with the purchase and expect it to bring her years of art creation, internet browsing and the odd roblox playing.
