The wireless connection would work and then not work. Sometimes never printing; sometimes with 10 minute delay (which is completely unacceptable). Returned after two weeks and received a refund.

I originally made the mistake of buying a black and white printer (not HP) on Amazon. The printer turned out to be defective and I went through a lot of back and forth with the product company online before giving up and returning it to Amazon. From now on, I will be buying from Best Buy. I went into the store, got some help, and came home with this HP printer. It's pretty basic, but it works well, we can print to it via wifi (even from our phones and tablets), and it's compact. Best of all, I don't have to buy tons of expensive ink. One thing though: when installing this printer, follow the directions on the CD, NOT the paper instructions that come in the box.

I finally got the dang thing to see the wireless though it seems to go to sleep and not wake up. So I used the USB cable. The blasted pickup rollers don't work. So basically I have a $75.00 paperweight. If I could give it no stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
