Good All Around
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The printer arrived without any issues and unpacked easily. Start-up and install was a snap on my Mac. The AirPrint feature was one of the reasons i purchased this and that worked without any setup at all. Scanning works well with clarity and sharp detail. I intend to use the fax feature as well, but haven't set that up yet, so I can't speak to that. Can't beat the price as well!

printer burns through ink and died
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While it worked this printer burned through ink at insane rate. there was a paper jam once and the printer ceased to function entirely. nothing could be done to fix the error that kept recurring. printer was useless exactly 4 days after it arrived. on a positive note bestbuy took the printer back and i got a full refund, i cant say wether this is a common problem with this model of printer but i will say when it worked it guzzled ink

Failed to Work Out of the Box

HP Support was unable to get the printer turned on even though it was correctly connected to power. Their offer to swap it out was poor so I returned it to Best Buy who took it back with no hassle. Good for Best Buy. Bad for HP.
