It took me 3 calls to the Geek Squad over more than 3 days to resolve the problem with the set up. That added up to more than 7 hours on the phone with the Geek Squad. Eventually, after speaking with a Level 2 Technician, the printer/scanner started to work. Now, it functions well. But, had I known the problems with set up, I would never have bought this machine. And, thank goodness I paid for the Geek Squad.

It worked fine and printed on one sheet of paper when it was regular and not photo paper.
