Impossible to Set Up

This product was a nightmare to set up. It took me 3 calls to the Geek Squad over more than 3 days to resolve the problem with the set up. That added up to more than 7 hours on the phone with the Geek Squad. Eventually, after speaking with a Level 2 Technician, the printer/scanner started to work. Now, it functions well. But, had I known the problems with set up, I would never have bought this machine. And, thank goodness I paid for the Geek Squad.

I returned this printer to the store because when I tried to print photos it would take three pieces of photo paper. It worked fine and printed on one sheet of paper when it was regular and not photo paper.

I'm incredibly sorry that the printer kept picking up multiple pieces of paper during print jobs. It's disappointing to hear that this wasn’t easily resolvable either. Sets up easily, go to HP and download files. Email address enables you to send photo's directly to the printer without formating.
