Picked this up for my parents as a Christmas gift. Connected to the wifi and computer with ease. And prints great quality photos for an Office Style printer. Very quick and simple to use. Definitely recommend!

This printer was a breeze to set up and works great. I have 3 computers printing to this printer include 2 macs and 1 pc and they all connected immediately and without grief. I highly recommend this product.

Can print front and back to save paper, individual ink cartridges for each color saves money, wireless capability allows me to print from my smart phone and printer doesn't have to be right next to my computer.

This printer has it all, WiFi, fax, copier, printer, etc. The setup was was easy and printer quality is good.

This printer was easy to set up and printed cleanly and clearly right out of the box. The ADF works flawlessly and no papers jam. I have not figured out how to get it to save from the printer to my computer but the printer software on my computer is easy to understand so I can get the documents that way. The auto ink refill system is a great idea and I signed up for it. Can not speak as to longevity of this unit as I have had it only a month or so but so far very happy with it.

Read the reviews before purchasing. The primary complaints seemed to involve set up issues. I made sure I read the instructions BEFORE Indid anything and followed them closely (including the correct order) and it could not have been easier. As far as the printing, so far so good. I hav only printer documents but it’s been quick and solid quality. Noise in not a big deal-it’s not silent but neither is it intrusive. I signed up for instant ink, but the jury is still out on that.

I choose HP for their great customer service. I choose Best Buy for their great customer service and warranties. I chose this printer for value, performance and the HP ink club! I've had their ink club now for a year or so with my home printer and it's the best invention since sliced bread! It's so convenient and I estimate that I saved $300 last year on ink. Recently I had to make a copy of a check and it looked exactly like the original! I love our new printer, I love HP ink club and I love Best Buy!

I've had this product for a few weeks and have been very pleased with it so far. I've printed, copied, scanned, and sent a fax, and everything has worked very well. About every device I have (Windows, Chromebook, Macbook, Linux, iPhones - I'm not loyal to a single OS) connect wirelessly and print as expected. Setup was easy and so is the functionality. My only qualm with the unit is the ergonomics of the panel touchscreen. It's not very easy to use when standing at the device. An angled panel would serve well those who sit or stand while using it. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this all-in-one.

This printer was the easiest printer to install that I have ever seen! I didn't really do much other than plug it in and turn it on. It found all 3 of my devices and I was able to start printing right away.

fast printer and the quality is awesome! I even enrolled it in instaink to save on the ink which gave me 3months free of ink... I will surely buy this printer again and recommend to my friends and family

This printer is great for my classroom. Having a printer in the classroom is a big plus for any teacher. Having access to a color printer is a dream come true. This printer does everything a teacher needs. It comes in handy when you need to print some last minute color pics of your students or need to make an extra copy or two of Homework or a worksheet. I really recommend this printer. I ended purchasing an additional one for my home. The price is very reasonable.

We had the HP 8600 All-In-One. Loved that printer but the print head died after 5 years of numerous print jobs. It was going to cost $120 for a new print head driver. This printer, HP 8710, is good, but has a smaller screen with very small font that makes it harder to see and touch the correct button on the screen. Overall HP makes a good product but dislike when they cut corners and make a less superior product than the one we owned prior to this purchase. Also HP Support via chat is very slow. When is corporate America going to start working on quality versus quantity again?

Myy old printer went to the Big recycler and I was in need of a replacement. I had some work done on my computer at Best Buy that was satisfactory so, I decided to look for my new printer there. The young Lady that helped me was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions and conerns.Their price was very competitive and I made the purchase. I love my new HP printer. It is easy to use and makes excllent copies. I highly recommend the HP printers.

I had a almost 8 year old HP Office Jet that would barely work with Windows 10 and it was getting harder and harder to find the #2 ink locally so I finally broke down and purchased this new HP Office Jet and it's like day and night. It prints much faster than the old printer and I can print on both sides of the paper again without manually flipping it over. For some reason Windows 10 caused the old printer to stop doing two sided printing. This printer also has a great feature that I didn't get tory out yet: two sided scanning! My wife loves the wireless printing feature and is always printing things directly from her phone. Great printer, HP did a great job. Now only if they could put out a better quality AMD processor computer for us AMD diehards.....

This is my third multiple function HP printer. It is easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow. If there is a question, the answers can be found online at the HP website. The print quality is great. Even though I did not buy one that is recommended for printing the best quality pictures, those that I print are perfectly good. It prints quickly. I had no problems setting up wireless. In fact, when I plugged the printer in, it automatically connected to my wireless. Very happy with it.

This HP printer does a very good job printing and copying. It is an excellent value, easy to install, well made, and to this point reliable.

I have had several HP printers over the years but, I still compared other brands. This printer has all of the features I need for home printing projects. The printer was competively priced as well.

I like that is is easy to print on this one. WIFI compatible. You can print from your phone directly. Also you can send an email on your printer so you could print on the printer wherever you are.

It has a pretty big footprint, so keep that in mind for space issues. It's about 18 inches front to back, 20 inches across, and 12 inches tall - noticeably bigger than my last multipurpose printer with comparable features. It's not much to look at, with a rather pedestrian matte black finish & basic design that prioritizes function over looks. I am much more interested in performance, so the plain aesthetics don't bother me at all. Connecting the printer to our network was straightforward. The color touch screen on the printer is easily readable and very responsive. I was able to get it connected and up & running wireless with my laptop without any problems. Print & scan jobs can be controlled remotely from a computer or directly through the printer screen, providing flexible interaction between the printer and other devices.
