I needed a new printer and was going to buy a different brand. A store associate recommended this one and I couldn't be more pleased. The scanner works flawlessly, print is crisp and fast, and it sets up easily. Works great with my iMac, iPads, and iPhones. If you need a printer/scanner/copier, this is a fantastic choice.

I love the printer. Printing is top speed, easy to make copies. Only downfall is if the printer goes “offline”, it takes several steps getting it connected to wireless again (each time :/)

The HP 8710 printer is quite a bargain at its regular price, but even more so given the discount. Color prints true. Fastest scan operation of any multi-function printer I've ever owned. Same for faxes. Relatively easy wireless set up on the home network. The only drawback is its larger size, but I have a dedicated printer location in my home office, so not an issue for me. Paper trays and guides are improved over previous HP models.

Initial purchased printer brought home and would not complete setup appeared to have been damaged in shipment as box was damaged. Returned to best buy for a new printer and the second one setup extremely easy and I am able to print from my phone, my tablet and my computer all wirelessly with no issues. Have used the scanner and the fax function in addition to double sided printing all functions work flawlessly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the initial printer was damaged right out of the box but the replacement has been excellent.

i have several of these printers, great product. simple to use straight out of the box. bought this printer for a gift to family member because i knew it would be simple for them to use.

I am a high volume printer user. I print over 800 pages/month. I previously purchased the OfficeJet Pro 8610, and was very happy with it. When it broke after about 3 years, I wanted to purchase a similar model. This one did not disappoint! It does everything I need and the price was a steal, just like the 8610 was. I was back up & printing in less than 2 hours - including drive time to Best Buy and back!

I was about to purchase a different product, but the HP representative was able to give me the advantage of owning this printer. The printer is sleek in design and easy to set up. I purchased the ink program, which made it possible to get ink at a reasonable rate and delivered straight to the house. The quality of the printing is good and the ease of using it with my MacBook is refreshing. I would recommend this printer for the quality and easy set up.

Prints awesome color pictures very quickly and makes copies fast. I would recommend this very highly to anybody, hopefully the cartridges aren't to expensive but haven't run out yet.

Ever since I purchased my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer from Best Buy, I have been very pleased with it. I would recommend it to a friend or anyone shopping for a computer printer.

This printer works like a gem and met my expectations. It was easy to set up, works wirelessly and color printing is good quality.

We bought this printer for home use, but also for use with an organization my wife is secretary for. This print FAST color & black and white. Printing on 67# card stock, #10 Envelopes and 20# Paper is no problem at all. It also prints duplex without having to manually flip the paper. Setup was a breeze! I'm running MAC OS, IOS, Android and PC. All print and were setup with the greatest of ease.

I have had HP printers for several years. This model hold up well and has good quality print for photos when printing on good quality stock or photo paper. I work from home sometimes and use this to print out color copies for my classes some times and it has been very reliable.
