So, I've been without a decent printer since my husband broke my last one...that I absolutely loved (it was an Epson all-in-one, and everything I needed plus very easy to use). I had been hesitant to buy another after he had bought one on an online yard sale site that was HORRIBLE and not user-friendly at all, but was at the point that I couldn't go another day without one for my home business. After spending days wandering Costco aisles, military exchange sales ads and then an hour at Best Buy we went with this one and I couldn't be happier. Set up was a breeze, color printing is fast, crisp/clean and true to color. I can print from literally ANYWHERE with an app on my phone and it's ready for me when I get home. The only thing I have issue with is that the touch screen could be a bit more user friendly and options easier to find/use (shrinking/enlarging items, etc) and the size of the printer seems a little large for what I wanted and am used to but other than that I am very pleased and it suits my needs perfectly. Also, the employees always are helpful and spend as much time with me as I need and I love that.

Excellent printer, easy to set-up and I was able to connect it to Wi-Fi in no time.

The HP Office Jet Pro 8710 is working great. good color on copies and printing. pretty easy to use. Fax works great. I am having a problem scanning to e-mail. Not able to do that yet. Overall much better than my last printer/fax/scan/copy.

I am downsizing my life and living facilities. My previous printer HP 8620 quit working, so was in the need of a replacement but didn’t need the 8720 and read reviews on it and the 8710..........my home/work office is not quiet ready to move into but the 8710 is a nice machine and fits my much smaller home/work office just right.......can’t wait to get all moved in and start using the 8710........

We love it no longer do we have to go to office max or etc we can copy, fax at home

Love this product. It's a big step up for me though as my last printer wasn't wireless. Prints fairly quick and doesn't seem to suck up the ink. My last printer used ink way too fast. Prints good quality. I haven't used it for pictures so I don't know the quality on that.

It was easy to sign up with hp to set up and receive the cartridges. I thought I’d use this printer as backup but since using I found it very easy to use and don’t have to worry about running out of ink so it’s my primary printer. Great quality proline.

If you are in the market for a new printer look no further. Loaded with features for the price. A real bargain.

Set up was easy, front & back copy is automatic (saves on paper) doesn't take up a lot of space, and eprint is simple - just enter the printer's email address to send on any device and it's delivered to any destination in minutes. I have one at my home and business.

Wireless, and prints legal size paper. Tray holds more paper. A satisfied customer

Printer was easy to setup. I can print and scan with no cables between the printer and my laptop. I did need to manually assign the printer's IP in my home router so that it would stay constant so printing always works. Scans quick and well. The only negative so far is that the scanning is a little noisy.

My husband did his homework, great printer, nice photos too and does a lot of other things. Two sided, color, Fax, everything you need for a great price. It's a little big but I actually was able to fit it on my desk when we got it home so it's not as big as it looks.

We needed a 2nd printer for our office. I actually prefer the 8610 to this one, but it's no longer available.

Some features on the printer could be better programmed but for the cost, it does the job. I preferred the HP 8620 to this HP 8710 but HP 8620 may have been an more sophisticated machine than the HP 8610 just as HP 8710 might compare to HP 8720. Again, HP 8710 gets the job done!

this printer once connected to your home network will copy fax print scan from any device connected to your network - it also gives you an email address you can use to print to the printer from anywhere in the world - you can access the printer from anywhere as well and print from your phone or laptop - if you have someone a home to put stuff you want to copy scan or fax you can do that remotely as well - its worked exceptionally well on my Mac products including an iMac a MBP and an iPhone - they all connect and print without issue and having the two ink holders one large black and the other 4 color holder it has used the ink and seems to use it all at the same rate - have not had to replace the ink cartridges yet after several months but am part of the ink replacement program so already have the replacement ink in had when it runs out - great printer at a great price - highly recommended

No problems at all with this printer. It prints faster than my older HP printer.

This printer solves a whole set of issues for our household. It is now an cinch to print from anywhere, including my cell phone. Scanning, emailing and printing is all a breeze. Thankfully, they finally have designed an intuitive all in one machine!

I found the HP Office Jet Pro 8710 to be easy to set up and use. It does it all!
