The printer was easy to set up and was operational in about 15 minutes. The wireless technology makes it very convenient to print from your wireless devices. The one drawback to HP Printers is the ink. Hp Offers way too many ink options.They should standardize their ink cartridges so that when you have to replace your printer which is inevitable you can use the same ink cartridges.

I'll be honest, the last few HP printers I've had to exchange for new ones in about a years time. There always seems to be issues. After exchanging our last one for this we were VERY happy with it. It works even better than before (though it is a bit tall since we do double sided printing). And setting it up was relatively easy. I'd say only tricky part was connecting out devices to to it in order to print (from like a smartphone). But online we figured out how to do it. Had no issues yet and enjoy how many additional features this has. Like turning off sounds, even fax sounds. We can even have it go into idle mode after awhile so we don't use up as much electricity. Like I said only complaint is the height. But other then that its perfect.

Replaced a HP officejet that needed new print heads (cost more than a new printer). This printer is fast, does everything we need including faxing. Setup was easy, allows me to print from my Apple iPhone.

Printer is fast & I love the duplexing. (Dual sided printing). I knew this was the printer I wanted, as we had one in the office I worked at, so I knew what I was getting before I bought it. The scanning is about as fast as other all-in-ones, but is clean and does a great job. Faxing is also easy. I haven't had to use the photo features. I love that it connects to my computer wirelessly. I really like fewer cords hanging around for my cat to chew on :) I haven't had any issues yet, so I am pleased. It's a bit pricey & large, so be sure you have the space for it. If you are using it at home, its more than you really need, unless you're working on a book or doing some serious printing. Ink is expensive, too. So weigh out the benefits and costs before you buy :)

I own a small business and needed a reliable printer with scanning and fax abilities. This printer works great, was easy to set up and makes great copies. Very happy with this purchase.

When my office was destroyed by a hurricane, I went to best buy and bought this printer so that I could continue to work out of my home office. It's good, it prints fast, it scans stacks of documents, and so far no issues except making sure the computer is connected to the same wireless network as the printer.

I've always been reluctant on spending decent money on a printer because I feel they are all the same. Let me tell you, this printer is worth every penny. Prints beautifully, responds quickly and never has connection problems when using via wifi/bluetooth.

I've had this printer for about 9 months and so far I've had no issues with it. The ink is easy to replace, and I love having a document feeder on top! One lesson I learned the hard way was that I have to deliberately choose two-sided scans from the touchscreen menu - I messed up an important purchase order because I only scanned one side and sent it that way ... half of the order never got sent! My only wish for this printer would be for a smaller footprint for the output portion - the "catcher" for papers being printed sticks out of the front which makes this printer take up a lot of room on the desktop. It always sticks out too far. I'd definitely recommend this printer, though. It's does a great job for the price for those who don't need to do tons of copies. I use it in a small retail store and I don't print very much stuff.

This printer works great. It prints fast even double sided. Scanner is very fast using the top load feeder. Fax and copier works fine. It was very quick and easy to set up. Only complaint I have is that the top feeder jams using anything smaller than standard 8.5x11 paper. I tried scanning a short stack of checkbook receipts and it jammed. I tried a time or two more and just kept jamming.

The HP OJ 8710 does everything that it is supposed to do. Print quality is good, scanning/copy is good, wireless connectivity is solid. Set up to my home wireless network via a Mac was easy. Printing from mobile devices (phones) is easy through the HP Smart mobile app. BB accepted an old printer for a trade-in credit which made the price quite good. Then this printer went on sale 3 weeks after I bought it and BB gave me an additional price adjustment. Yahoo!

I bought the HP Office Jet Pro 8710 Wireless All-In-One Printer to replace a HP first generation e-printer that survived 8 years of regular daily use. It was very easy to set up, works and prints well and has significant upgrades to my old HP Printer.

HP did a very good job with this one. It's simple and really perform s without lots of learning complications. I use it daily without any difficulty. Great part is you can set it up for both wire and wireless.

I bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 after the print head on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 failed. The 8600 lasted 7 years with heavy use, which I understand is unusual. I would have purchased another 8600, but it appears that the 8710 is its successor. It was relatively easy to set up and has great print quality. I haven't used the fax capability yet, but the scanner works well. I am satisfied with my purchase, but it is irritating to have to re-confirm the paper size every time the paper tray is opened. I have only used the 8710 for a month, but I have had more problems with paper jams with it than I did with the 8600. I also like the three-month free trial for HP Instant Ink.

This printer has been great! It is compact, quiet, quick, and prints good quality pages. I love that I can print from my phone directly to the printer. It works flawlessly with label sheets and card stock.

After reading reviews about setup, I read the instructions before starting the install. It was very easy to set up and access with phone, iPad and computer all via wifi. The picture print quality is good and it prints fast. Double sided printing is very easy. It was a little bulky but fits in my space fine. I also did the auto ink program and am very happy with how quick the ink arrived. I've printed multiple pictures and haven't gone thru the initial ink cartridges provided with the printer!

I use my printer in my primary job as a High School teacher and also to facilitate my work on my Masters. This printer installed in, like, less that two minutes out of the box and I am not "tech savy" at all. I was using it in 5 minutes from the time I unpacked it. The controls are very intuitive and the instructions are extremely clear and easy to follow. The copies are crisp, dry and ready to use. The color is amazing! Quiet in operation and very fast in printing.

This printer does it all! It's easy to set up. The quality of the copy or picture is awesome!!! And it's so good on ink! You can print out a bunch of pictures and you still have plenty of ink left!

The set up was easy, the printer is considerably faster than the our previous printer, quieter too... and most importantly, we are very happy with the quality this printer is capable of producing.

This was a big step up from our previous cannon all in one printer. Setup instructions were good. Love the scanning feature. Wireless printing is working great. Only issue is we can’t figure out how to print from a chrome book.
