The HP-Office Jet Pro 8710 is worth every penny I paid for it. It's a much improved machine over the HP 8610 I owned before.

I happen to be browsing and not planning on buying when I came into the store. I haven't had greatest luck with HP printers in the last, so I was set on not getting an HP. An HP rep was in store that day and I told her what I needed as far as printer needs and she pointed this out. It was on a sale and the price was unbeatable. I took her word for it and bought the printer and the HP Instant Ink membership. This is an amazing printer that has taken care of all my needs and has lived up to the HP reps hype.

I love my new printer, I do not know why I waited so long to up grade. It is fast, wireless, you can scan up to 25 pages.

This is a great printer. It does a lot. The ink is a little expensive. It prints, copies, and scans really good. It is a little big, but we'll worth the money.

Its very easy and simple to use. It simply conects to wifi and u can print and fax from wherever u are.

My father’s old HP 8600 die after over 5 years of use. So he needed to get a new printer/scanner. So he selected the HP- Office Jet Pro 8710. I installed the new HP 8710. It worked fine at the start but then we did have some problems with the printer in responding to the computer. So far I think that the problem is us in learning how to operate the new HP-8710 and not the printer. I also changed the USB cable between the computer and the printer. The print on the paper is expellant.

The printer was very easy to set up. We can now print from several devices. And it prints pretty fast as well.

This machine has performed perfectly since I plugged it in. It is intuitive, easy to use, and the print quality is excellent.

The quality of print, the speed of scaning, pretty much everything about this printer is excellent. My only bit of frustration is the wifi connectivity. Mostly it is fine, although sometimes it does not want to connect and I shut it down and restart and it woks fine again, sometimes for days it's fine, then it acts up. I have spoken to tech support which is very good and tries very hard to help. at this point it is mostly connecting and printing with wifi just fine. time will tell. If not for the wifi issue this would be a sold 5 stars. At least so far in this first month of use.

I love that this printer is wireless, has the ink program, and I can email documents to my printers address to print.

Works well. No complaints. Document feeder works very well. For this reason, it has become my go to machine in the office. (We have a Epson ET4550 that I like very much OTHER than the document feeder.)
